I ordered here twice already. A 50 piece, and a 30 piece and some corn. I tried as many flavors as I could, and they’re not even that great. First of all, they don’t put nearly enough flavoring and secondly the wings are almost all drums. Our 50 piece had 5 flats. 5! That’s wild because it cost over $100 for this. I also need to reiterate how bad the flavoring is. The hickory BBQ tastes like it just came from a plastic jug. Like the cheapest of quality stuff. Garlic Parmesan?! You’d think this would be bomb. Nah, it’s oily and has no salt or real flavor. The Louisiana rub? They barely put any on there! It’s like eating a plain friend wing. So lame! No more ordering here from me! The corn tastes old too!

This place will not last. Order online for pickup and the order is never ready when I arrive. I've shown up 45min after placing an order and they didn't even start it yet. This was a new location so we have been patient but no progress has been made. Staff looks annoyed. Lobby is hot n stuffy. Typical DHS mediocre experience.

I asked for regular fries, and it took more then a 1hr to to give me my order, after they realize they said it be out soon and it took Abt 20mins after, and the fries were so salty

the manager at this establishment is the rudest person i’ve dealt with in fast food all i asked was to use the coupon and she just says no ,no explanation then basically waves her hand like to dismiss me that she’s done i just wanted to know why i couldn’t use it when it says on it desert hot springs when i was in school places did the fundraiser to raise money so i don’t understand why they’d be on the coupon if they don’t take it ,coupon aside there’s a way to talk to people and not be rude i didn’t even want to continue to order and get something when i went there cause i wanted that place in particular the coupon was just a bonus i thought i was getting and she made it so unpleasant an unwelcoming i just left Yahira was her name if you don’t like customer service don’t work in it especially as a manger !!

I noticed that most complaints from this location is all about "the sauce". I am from LA and this location is the closest to where I'm staying at. So I figure give em a try.
I specifically asked for my wings to have an extra sauce. Wet! Cashier even put "wet" on the receipt. But when I got home and looked at my order. Yes it is coated with sauce alright but that is not wet! I brought home some dried up chicken ... So technically, the SKIN is tasty with it's sauce, but the meat is bland and tasteless. And I paid $60 - $70 for a tasteless meal. If wingstop are on a budget and stingy about the sauce, offer to charge extra. I'm sure people like me don't really mind paying extra for the sauce. Hell, you're already charging extra for the dipping sauce, you mind as well charge us all the way.
This location is out of their damn minds. NEVER AGAIN!

This place needs to get it act together! 35-50 min waits for wings is out of control! Customers stacked up in lobby unhappy about wait I could hear them! Customer service terrible and really disorganized! Listen,I am the customer so don't argue w me about how I like my food order instead you should be concerned about all the orders that keep coming through! The place swimming in a large crowd of people inside and outside . Get a better system together for handling the constant over demand from GrubHub/door dash ppl or just stop catering to them while trying to handle regular orders? The drivers are obviously frustrated too! Btw, Bermuda dunes is perfect example of good experience at a Wingstop store! Yes as others have stated the wings are not seasoned enough!

Everytime I go my boneless wings end up like this and I call the store to see if I can get more sauce on them and they never pick up. Honestly worse Wingstop Ive ever ordered from. The wings taste good that not the issue. Just look at the sauce. I have to dip my Cajun wings in the sauce at the bottom let alone there not even enough sauce or peppers on the wings like that's ridiculous.
