Bagels are good, customer service needs improvement. Also they will ask you to order using a machine. Which takes away people interacting. Not a fan of that. No wonder people these don't know how to communicate 🙄

Their “water cups” are ketchup cups from in n out and charged me to get a regular cup of water for my dog. Service isn’t friendly, workers not very attentive and they didn’t our cream cheese on my bagel.

Such a gem! The bagels here are seriously some of the best I’ve had — fresh, chewy, and full of flavor. You can tell they care about quality. The coffee is smooth and not overly strong, which I really appreciate. Perfect balance.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming — they made us feel right at home. I came with my kids and loved how relaxed and unpretentious the vibe was. Definitely a great spot for a casual morning with family or a quiet solo coffee break.

On Saturday, 6/6/25, I placed a take out order through GrubHub. According to the app, my order would have been ready for pick up from 10:25 to 10 10:35 A.M. I entered the restaurant at 10:27, and asked if my order was ready for pick up. One of the employees said that my order was ready and being bagged, then she resumed working on other orders. At 10:40, I walked over to the takeout order and saw my order had been sitting there the entire time.

I eventually got another employee’s attention who gave me my food and noticed the food was cold. I was upset because the food was cold, the first woman who bagged my food didn’t apologize or say anything about it, and I had to prompt the second employee for a solution. I was eventually given a refund for my order, but the horrible customer service was deeply upsetting, given the fact that the food was expensive ($31 for two sandwiches) and I was looking forward to starting off my day with their delicious food.

I ordered an add-on egg to my avocado bagel and while I was waiting the staff was kind enough to let me know the bagel already comes with egg and refunded me for the add-on egg

On Sunday April 27, I visited this establishment. 1 start for the Chicken deluxe: lacked flavor, no cream cheese, it’s 2.50 to add cream cheese. Also ordered a turkey club, no flavor and was basic. Also no cream cheese. What bagel sandwich comes without cream cheese. Chicken was ok. Overall the bagel was plain. Didn’t get an option to change my type of bagel. Service was non existent. I have to put my order via kiosk. Never got a good morning or afternoon. Total disregard regard for customer service.

Our hairdresser recommended this place so Mom and I squeezed in 15 minutes before close. The staff were all nice and super helpful in explaining everything :)

The bagels were so tasty and like almost fluffy? The baker told us they proof them for 3 days!!

Their cream cheese is so flavorful I'm happy we got extra ^-^

It's quite a drive for me, but I'm already looking forward to going again when I'm back in town!

Perfect cream cheese:bagel ratio for me. Bagels are super fresh with great texture. My cappuccino was really good too. Very yum!

Twice now I’ve ordered the Veggie Bagel Sandwich and paid extra for cream cheese. Twice now no cream cheese was added to the sandwich…so disappointing.

The best bagel spot hands down and I’m a bagel snob. I always get the avocado or the lox. Me and the gf most fave restaurant and we come here every week. But come early because their items get sold out fast. I need to wake up earlier.
