The chinese pop music playing in here is pretty loud. The drinks are very large in size so it's definitely worth the purchase at $5. The noodles are pretty pricey but for the flavor and noodle quality i would say it's worth it. The noodles are perfectly chewy and absorb the broth flavors well

Been here twice in one week, food is fresh and tasty. The pan fried pork dumplings were juicy and cripsy. The popcorn chicken is perfectly crunchy and the house beef noodle soup had tender beef and flavorful broth. Highly Recommend!

The rice cake and the beef roll are so good. Very tender and flavorful. Can't wait to try other items such as the wonton in chili oil and xlb.

Not much to say honestly, finding good Chinese food places that use clean, quality ingredients in dishes that are prepared well and not too greasy makes this one an automatic gem. Everything is good from their beef rolls to their noodle soups

Amazing food, reasonable prices, we will be going back to try some of the other things on the menu. However, I can say that the pepper beef with udon, and the mala beef noodle, were both phenomenal.

It was so delicious and the service was so fast!! The serving of popcorn chicken was huge and fit for 4 people as an appetizer. The dandan noodles was thick and creamy!

One of the best noodle/dumpling houses in the area if not most of socal.
The dumplings and baos are soupy. You really can't go wrong with any.
The house beef noodle soup (d1) and tomato beef noodle soup (d4) are my favorites. The beef is pretty tender and the soup is really flavorful. The noodles are standard but they allow you to sub for other noodles if you don't like the standard circular tube ones. The only pity is that they don't offer wide noodles like some places.
The teas are pretty good too and hella bang for the buck. You get a gigantic cup for $5.
Overall this is def the gold standard of tw beef noodle soup and dumpling houses
