4 stars overall, honestly, but I want to help support a new small business.
This is Chinese food that caters to one type of person: the person who wants Chinese food but healthy, not greasy, without MSG. So if you’re the type who always thinks Chinese food is too greasy and heavy, this might just be the place for you. Because of this though, the flavors don’t taste as authentic.
XLB (pork): too sweet for me but the skin is very thin and so overall it’s not bad
Pan-fried pork bun: amazingly crispy bottom. No juice on the inside but flavor is good (not sweet like the XLB).
Potstickers (pork): definitely was not fried with much, if any, oil. Wouldn’t order this again.
Beef noodle soup: broth is very light but has decent flavor. Wide noodles are GREAT.
Gua bao: definitely not greasy and it was pretty big too. Flavors are fine.
Overall the food is not bad, but nothing I would go out of my way to have. The service is great, very nice staff both times I’ve been, and the place is extremely clean.

To be honest I went in not expecting much and was pleasantly surprised. Had the fried pork buns and the beef
they were delicious. the service was great. The owner even gave us some vegetable soup to try. As a dude who hates veggies I'd have that soup again. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying the rest of the menu.

this place so we were shopping at HMART and saw the place and wanted to try and get a snack went in for one thing and ended up ordering like 4 different things and even got a crab Rangoon on the house and a cabbage salad and everything was amazing. We got barbecue pork buns, popcorn chicken, beef noodle soup and the gua buns I think that’s what there called but it’s was so good and thinking about going back again this week and the lady there Helena was so sweet and definitely will go back for the crab rangoons and wanting to try everything on the menu and they even have a drive through.

I've seen this place start before the pandemic started, I think it was some time around 2019? Then COVID happened and of course many things were difficult to come by... But they finally opened this year in March. The begining they only had a limited menu so I waited until they rolled out their full menu.
This place is actually pretty decent though?? I'm surprised that there's nobody here (we were the only ones here for dinner). We ordered their orange chicken, beef noodle soup, sauteed cabbage, and their gyozas/potstickers. They even threw in free crab ragoons if we gave them some feedback on it. Albeit the orange chicken tasted like popcorn chicken with orange flavors added to it, but I liked it. ? The gyozas were also pretty delicious, juicy and tender meat filling. Their cabbage could use some work though, it was SO salty-- ate two bites and had to bring it home to boil down later. Beef noodle soup was mostly good, portions were AMAZING, but the beef was undercooked though so it was tough to bite through.
Would come back since it's super close to home and convenient!

For a small place, I truly enjoy it! It is local and has a drive thru, so I had to try it. Staff was extremely pleasant and kind. Food is always great and consistently tastes the same. Wait time is like any normal place for what you order, whether buns or dums. Now that they are fully open, I look forward to trying the whole menu. Definitely recommend to try!

Went to this place and wanted to give it a shot. The place fairly empty with only two table of customer. The menu is almost fast food style catering to Americans?
Menu has no Chinese at all . Restaurant name has no Chinese name. You order at cashier like fast food.
Food was lack luster
Price was average ranging $12-18 per dish
Probably not a type of Chinese food restaurant that I would go back to.

I came here after grocery shopping at Hmart in the same plaza. The place is clean and spacious. They do have a drive through. I've been meaning to try their xiao long bao, 8 pieces for $10.95 and their crispy potstickers.
The wait time was not long and the lady came with a free side of hot and sour soup to try. The dumplings came with two bottles of dipping sauce, a garlic based one and a spicy chili. They were juicy but the skin fell apart easily. The meat inside was juicy and the dumpling skin was not too thick. The pot stickers were crispy and went well with the dipping sauces.
They do have jjajangmyeon (black bean noodle) on their menu, along with popcorn chicken, fried rice, and pan fried noodles.
The lady was nice and it has plenty of parking.

The orange chicken in this restaurant is the most authentic I've ever had. It's sweet, sour, and full of orange flavor.!

I saw this place was open a little while back and told myself I just had to try one day. I am so glad I did!!! So a big plus for me is they have a drive thru! I got the pork steamed AND fried dumplings which were amazing!!! The very sweet lady at the window also gave me a spice sour soup (I hope I'm saying that right), I never heard of it before and was very excited try. It was delicious!!!! And the lady at the window was so sweet!!! I can't say which one I like more the steamed or the fried. Both are just delicious! Safe to say I will be back!!!
