You HAVE to try the triple western back cheeseburger EXCEPT on sourdough! The tall polite gentlemen who works night made the suggestion to me, and aside from that this guy went above and beyond and really sold the top tier customer service experience to me, at a fast food place? We both agreed it’s not a common trait these days for businesses to care or people to deliver excellent customer service no matter what you’re selling but this guy gets it. This Carls Jr is EASILY the best one on all of SoCal and I’m happy to drive a few extra miles on my way home to stop here versus anywhere else to get this every time. 6 out of 5 stars.
The night crew guy at the speaker and the window NEEDS to be made a manager. No joke. His skill and quality and leadership is being wasted otherwise.
