When ordering multiple food orders to go they are often wrong or wrong lid placed on food. The chips taste good when they are fresh, most of the time old chips are mixed with fresh chips so a order will have both stale and fresh chips in the same bag. This happens quite often. Please throw out the old, stale chips no one wants to eat them. The prices that are being charged they should always be fresh. Do better.

My family and I all like Chipotle Grill. However, I find that quality and taste vary a little bit from one location to the other. Our favorite one is in Diamond Bar. We usually order steak, and honey chicken bowls. We enjoy all the fixings too!

I had made an online pickup order. I entered the store and was told they did not have my order and I tried to verify the address by asking if the building number was 235 and they told me that was not the correct. I stepped outside thinking i may have made a mistake but the building had 235 in big font on it. I make my way back inside to let them know in which they tell me someone must have taken my order and it would need to be remade. I thanked them and sat at the table right in front of the to go shelves. As I’m waiting a woman comes to make my order and asks me the name but I thought the man I spoke to before had already began making it. The man then chimes in and says he had remade it and someone must have taken it again and tell me I need to pay attention to the shelves. mind you I am sitting right by the shelves and I did not see an order get placed there and he could have easily just let me know it was ready. I tell him this and he says this time I need to make sure I pay attention. I felt it was rude and that he probably didn’t even remake it but didn’t want a supervisor or someone to know he had forgotten to make it. I left feeling very upset and annoyed because the blame was put on me as if it was my responsibility. The woman was very nice though and when my bowl was ready she stated my name and handed me my order.

I’m surprised with this location how horrible the food was! I’ve never disliked my chipotle meal until I came here! I ordered online…not only was the rice hard as rocks, hard to chew and had the smallest portion of chicken looked like garnish….but both bowls we bought were incorrect! Really sucks when you’re hungry AF and you can’t even eat your meal! This is my first time adding negative review in my life!!!

Food quality depends on when you arrive, as is typical for a “buffet style” fast food joint. The people who work here are always patient and courteous. I have been coming here once a week for over 5 years and I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the staff. They deal with a lot of very unreasonable customers and always maintain professionalism. My only suggestion is to just get a food scale to measure out the chips because it’s really a craps shoot as to how many you’ll get and the size doesn’t seem to mean much. I’ve gotten regular bags that could feed 3 people and “large” bags that barely had 10 chips in them.

After almost a week I am finally making the time to leave a review for my experience with this chipotle. Last Sunday 4/6/2025 I came to this chipotle for a simple and quick lunch. I got a bowl, to go. My bowl had barbacoa, veggies, brown rice (half), two scoops of Pico, cheese and lettuce. I ordered an ice tea along with the meal as I usually do. I went home, sat down, unwrapped my bowl, and ate my lunch. About an hour later I noticed that my stomach felt like the food was not digesting. It was like a heavy feeling that kept getting heavier. After a few more hours I felt like I had eaten a big rock. Later in the evening I started to feel achey, and I started getting cold (which eventually turned into the chills). This escalated further to vomiting everything up about 3 times. I also started to get intense diarrhea (sorry to be graphic folks). This went on all night. The next day I was totally ill. While I was not vomiting anyone I still had intense diarrhea. This went on until Tuesday night. I started having more normal bowel movements starting Wednesday into Thursday. I feel like my body has gone through hell and even though I feel much better, my stomach still feels like it was carved out with sand paper. I ate nothing else Sunday since I woke up a bit late so it was the damn chipotle bowl. I lost almost 5 lbs and i look tired af:/

This is the second time I get food poisoning from this location. Although the first time I left no review. I swore that I would this time, but it takes time to write this crap and I work full time. I had I had use 2 days of pto for this fiasco. Now I have to earn it back.

I have eaten at the chipotle on grand and valley MANY TIMES and have never gotten sick. But this location on diamond bar Blvd I go to only sometimes and already twice I'm sick in 2+years. Something ain't right here. There is not much I can do legally (I checked), but I will be calling the health department to have this place suprise inspected. If I got suck twice I am sure there are others. Please come forward 🙏.

Get your restaurant clean and orderly! It's good business to NOT make your customers sick. Thank you.

I don't understand how this restaurant controls quality, the rice is so hard that I can't chew it, each item is compressed to the extreme, and the steak is dry and hard.
