Chipotle Mexican Grill

As far as Chipotle restaurants go this is top quality. Fresh clean ingredients and the customer service was on point and very friendly. I will definitely eat here again.

It was really awful, the staff was rude, everything was spicy and not good for kids.

Food quality depends on when you arrive, as is typical for a “buffet style” fast food joint. The people who work here are always patient and courteous. I have been coming here once a week for over 5 years and I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the staff. They deal with a lot of very unreasonable customers and always maintain professionalism. My only suggestion is to just get a food scale to measure out the chips because it’s really a craps shoot as to how many you’ll get and the size doesn’t seem to mean much. I’ve gotten regular bags that could feed 3 people and “large” bags that barely had 10 chips in them.

Chips were dry dry . Chicken was horrible. Beans taste sour. Steak bowl was horrible meat was in chunks. I’m sick.

After almost a week I am finally making the time to leave a review for my experience with this chipotle. Last Sunday 4/6/2025 I came to this chipotle for a simple and quick lunch. I got a bowl, to go. My bowl had barbacoa, veggies, brown rice (half), two scoops of Pico, cheese and lettuce. I ordered an ice tea along with the meal as I usually do. I went home, sat down, unwrapped my bowl, and ate my lunch. About an hour later I noticed that my stomach felt like the food was not digesting. It was like a heavy feeling that kept getting heavier. After a few more hours I felt like I had eaten a big rock. Later in the evening I started to feel achey, and I started getting cold (which eventually turned into the chills). This escalated further to vomiting everything up about 3 times. I also started to get intense diarrhea (sorry to be graphic folks). This went on all night. The next day I was totally ill. While I was not vomiting anyone I still had intense diarrhea. This went on until Tuesday night. I started having more normal bowel movements starting Wednesday into Thursday. I feel like my body has gone through hell and even though I feel much better, my stomach still feels like it was carved out with sand paper. I ate nothing else Sunday since I woke up a bit late so it was the damn chipotle bowl. I lost almost 5 lbs and i look tired af:/

This is the second time I get food poisoning from this location. Although the first time I left no review. I swore that I would this time, but it takes time to write this crap and I work full time. I had I had use 2 days of pto for this fiasco. Now I have to earn it back.

I have eaten at the chipotle on grand and valley MANY TIMES and have never gotten sick. But this location on diamond bar Blvd I go to only sometimes and already twice I'm sick in 2+years. Something ain't right here. There is not much I can do legally (I checked), but I will be calling the health department to have this place suprise inspected. If I got suck twice I am sure there are others. Please come forward 🙏.

Get your restaurant clean and orderly! It's good business to NOT make your customers sick. Thank you.

I don't understand how this restaurant controls quality, the rice is so hard that I can't chew it, each item is compressed to the extreme, and the steak is dry and hard.

Smallest burrito I’ve been served. It was smaller than my hand. I told him he made it small he said that’s how they come now. 12-15 dollars for a snack. No thanks.

Second time getting sick. Vomited all night till 4am. Sorry no more.

This is the best chipotle around the area

not sure if the hiring manager is putting ads on craiglist or what the case is but these workers need to be psychologically evaluated…there completely gone….and also I know chipotle is always very conservative with portions but this one takes it to the extreme. I didn’t know workers get paid more for making product last longer.

I can't bite the steak at all. I can't bite every piece! The clerk's service was extremely poor. I told him in advance that there were food items that could be redeemed with points, but the clerk ignored him. After a lot of effort, I got the reward. Such a stingy chipotle

Went there for lunch ordered chicken tacos they were very tight with the amount of chicken they put on the tacos can you put a little more and they said that's the allotted amount very rude I should have called the chicken police cluck

If I can give 0 stars I would! Chipotle mobile app pick up for 2 bowls and both bowls were half empty, chips were not even filled. This is the worst chipotle location , I mean would u guys even eat that if you are the one paying for it? Why work there if you don’t like what you do?
