I can't bite the steak at all. I can't bite every piece! The clerk's service was extremely poor. I told him in advance that there were food items that could be redeemed with points, but the clerk ignored him. After a lot of effort, I got the reward. Such a stingy chipotle

Went there for lunch ordered chicken tacos they were very tight with the amount of chicken they put on the tacos can you put a little more and they said that's the allotted amount very rude I should have called the chicken police cluck

If I can give 0 stars I would! Chipotle mobile app pick up for 2 bowls and both bowls were half empty, chips were not even filled. This is the worst chipotle location , I mean would u guys even eat that if you are the one paying for it? Why work there if you don’t like what you do?

It’s so incredibly frustrating to get a hold of this store when it comes to Doordash delivery orders! I was routed to the customer service desk three times when I called them and they weren’t helpful at all in making such a simple change to my order. I was so mad and I have never had an experience as horrible as this with any other store that I just ended up cancelling my order. This is the second time this has happened too.

They are extremely anti black racists and I will NEVER eat they again. Tonight was the second time I was ignored when I arrived to get my order up order. It wasn’t on the shelf so it sat to wait. Meantime an Asian female came in and was immediately given her bag by the young lady behind the counter. She and the rest of the employees COMPLETELY ignored me. When I approached the girl kept toying with my bag but NEVER sealed it. She immediately walked away when I walked over so one of the young men handed me the bag, I explained how awful I was treated for the second time. They employ racists who openly treated me poorly and the NEVER apologized. This is unacceptable and I will be reaching out to corporate Chipotle. If you are a black person DO NOT eat there. I’m not eating it because I feel it may be tampered with, because she wouldn’t ever seal my bag. When I complained they said nothing!

Best Chipotle in the area. I have one closer off Rio Rancho but the service is horrible there and if they’re out of an item they’ll just cancel your order rather than make a new batch like this location will.
