This was a good spot to pick up the food and go. The young man that helped us was nice. I ordered a bowl and my daughter ordered a burrito and we both liked it

This location is not good.Workers attitude are bad. And they treat to go customers and walk in customers different. And always short of something.

After being ignored for a couple minutes they finally tossed together my burrito I was helped by two different kids both of them took their time even ringing me up It was about 4 of them back there All of them could have easily helped me but chose not to

When ordering multiple food orders to go they are often wrong or wrong lid placed on food. The chips taste good when they are fresh, most of the time old chips are mixed with fresh chips so a order will have both stale and fresh chips in the same bag. This happens quite often. Please throw out the old, stale chips no one wants to eat them. The prices that are being charged they should always be fresh. Do better.

My family and I all like Chipotle Grill. However, I find that quality and taste vary a little bit from one location to the other. Our favorite one is in Diamond Bar. We usually order steak, and honey chicken bowls. We enjoy all the fixings too!

Absolute terrible customer service, staff was extremely rude and I left without getting any food. Management here is terrible and corporate needs to get involved.

I had made an online pickup order. I entered the store and was told they did not have my order and I tried to verify the address by asking if the building number was 235 and they told me that was not the correct. I stepped outside thinking i may have made a mistake but the building had 235 in big font on it. I make my way back inside to let them know in which they tell me someone must have taken my order and it would need to be remade. I thanked them and sat at the table right in front of the to go shelves. As I’m waiting a woman comes to make my order and asks me the name but I thought the man I spoke to before had already began making it. The man then chimes in and says he had remade it and someone must have taken it again and tell me I need to pay attention to the shelves. mind you I am sitting right by the shelves and I did not see an order get placed there and he could have easily just let me know it was ready. I tell him this and he says this time I need to make sure I pay attention. I felt it was rude and that he probably didn’t even remake it but didn’t want a supervisor or someone to know he had forgotten to make it. I left feeling very upset and annoyed because the blame was put on me as if it was my responsibility. The woman was very nice though and when my bowl was ready she stated my name and handed me my order.

Allways get a bowl. Fast and good. I am able to make 2 burrito from one bowl!

I’m surprised with this location how horrible the food was! I’ve never disliked my chipotle meal until I came here! I ordered online…not only was the rice hard as rocks, hard to chew and had the smallest portion of chicken looked like garnish….but both bowls we bought were incorrect! Really sucks when you’re hungry AF and you can’t even eat your meal! This is my first time adding negative review in my life!!!

As far as Chipotle restaurants go this is top quality. Fresh clean ingredients and the customer service was on point and very friendly. I will definitely eat here again.

It was really awful, the staff was rude, everything was spicy and not good for kids.

Food quality depends on when you arrive, as is typical for a “buffet style” fast food joint. The people who work here are always patient and courteous. I have been coming here once a week for over 5 years and I’ve never had a negative experience with any of the staff. They deal with a lot of very unreasonable customers and always maintain professionalism. My only suggestion is to just get a food scale to measure out the chips because it’s really a craps shoot as to how many you’ll get and the size doesn’t seem to mean much. I’ve gotten regular bags that could feed 3 people and “large” bags that barely had 10 chips in them.

Chips were dry dry . Chicken was horrible. Beans taste sour. Steak bowl was horrible meat was in chunks. I’m sick.
