You lucky you only get in the store right now and the only reason that you got this one star is because for me to leave a review I gotta give some type of a star. I’m gonna say this if you’re gonna hire people to work have them work and when they do work, don’t have them do a sloppy job on my food like you’re in a rush because it’s rush-hour and clearly I was only person I was in line getting a order.

I was surprised to find such a low average review. The food was tasty and the amount they give you for $10 is more than enough for a filling dinner meal and I'm a pretty big guy. This chain is my go-to for healthy but reasonably tasty food for a decent price in an economy where anything advertised as healthy is triple price. The service and ambiance were both fine, what you'd expect from a fast food chain.

It’s only 7:30 pm. They didn’t refill white rice and some ingredients. I really doubt they want to serve or do business.

Their staff is very lazy, very rude and will make you wait for a long time for your meal. More than 20 minutes. They even ate food secretly in the kitchen.

Really hit or miss at this location. I come here for the convenience since it's near my office but would not go out of my way to this location. I usually do order pick up and they always forget utensils and napkins when you request it. The last time I ordered pick up, my guac was brown. Sigh, a whole $3 wasted. Then there are times, my bowls are on point! So it really depends. It usually gets packed between 11am to 1pm so I prefer ordering for pick up but I recommend ordering in store if there isn't a line. That way, you can ensure to pick up a fork. I can't tell you how many times I've walked off with no utensil to eat my bowl with - such a pain! Overall, chill location with friendly people. There's ample parking in the parking lot too, which is always a plus!

I stopped in for a quick bite and ordered a new item on the menu Carne Asada bowl. The server was quick to take my order and made me the bowl. He asked if it was for here or to go and I replied, "for here." After paying , I ended up getting a to go bag. I guess he wasn't paying attention. So I sat down and opened up the lid off the aluminum bowl and the food looked nothing like the advertised photo, there wasn't even any guacamole like the ad showed. There was barely any meat and what was there was over cooked. I guess I should have paid more attention as he was making it, so my fault.

Portions suck. They gave me the bottom of the rice for two bowls. They replaced it after. They could of just asked me if I wanted to wait instead of giving me basically no rice. Also when I asked for a little more corn they told me no

It has been a while since I stepped into any Chipotle locations and this time I made an online order through the app at the Diamond Bar location. This was my first time using the app but it was quite easy. You can also select what time you want the order to be ready. I had ordered two different bowls and one salad with all different types of protein. All of it was made perfectly and nothing was wrong with my order! What I ordered was a chicken salad with guacamole, fresh salsa, corn, cheese and all this can be done inside the app while also saying if you want a lot or just a little bit! If you rack up points through the app you can also redeem things like a free drink, chips, and other items.

The "carne asada" was really dry and tasted like old meat. The meats don't look fresh and they give very little. I ordered a carne asada burrito and ate a little bit then threw it away because it had no flavor. I used to like this place, but the quality and customer service is not good anymore.

This was the dirtiest chipotle location I have ever set foot in! Be extremely cautious if you choose to order from here, or just be smart and take the trip to a different location. Food was all over the place, mixed up in every container possible. The service wasn't bad, probably trying to make up for the filth in their store. Seriously sick.

Food has gone downhill from this establishment they charge you and lot but hardly give you anything definitely it's not like before. I hate to say it but I won't be coming back to this place again employees too busy talking and laughing instead of paying attention to what they're doing.

How Did We Do? Tell Us." I ordered 2 steak burritos via the app, 1 burrito received the other was in a bowl no tortilla, but label clearly showed burrito ordered. It was remade, but the portion size was considerably smaller than the other and no label on foil of newly remade. This Diamond Bar location is 2.5 stars overall; according to other reviewers. Now I understand why. Very DISAPPOINTED because this was the second time small portion size happened with burrito order. So to recap: 1. Order was not ready (pickup was for 9:00pm on 10/13/23). I left by 9:25pm after waiting. I guess don't go on Friday the 13th, bad luck? 2. Small portion for burrito, inconsistent making of burritos, one bigger than the other. Always order the same 2 steak burritos, but no more; I will take my business and hard earned money elsewhere. I suggest other customers do the same because other reviewers definitely reveal this is a trend of inconsistent food making, time waiting and overall customer service at the Diamond Bar location.
