This used to be one of my favorite places to go. The food is great and even after some small price increases, it's a great deal. After some recent changes to the staff I can't even place my order. The new staff doesn't answer the phones and has started charging us for things that used to be free.In one month this went from one of my favorite and regular places to a place I literally cannot go to. Enjoy whatever small profit margins you think you created with your new staff while you watch long time customers stop coming

I prefer this location over the one on Nogales and Colima. The guy working here is much nicer and friendlier than the other location. If you ask for extra sauce, he's willing to give it to you without any issues. The other location would act like it costs them an arm and a leg for even one extra sauce.

The Hainanese chicken rice is pretty authentic. But what impressed me most is the Garlic A Choy. That's the best way of cooking of veggies I ever had. There is a special taste of some chinese wine in it.

Really loved their hainan chicken rice! The chicken is boiled but the dark meat has good flavor and tender! The sauces were so good too! The ginger scallion sauce is probably my favorite but they have another orange colored sweet chili sauce that has a little bit of a tangy kick, also delicious. Would definitely go back whenever I crave hainan chicken rice!

Cluck2go is located in the same plaza as Bageloo next to El Pollo Loco with plenty of parking. We loved the food here when we visited them this past weekend. They are very generous with their portions.We ordered the hainan chicken (both white and dark meat), the chicken curry and garlic aichoy. Everything was delicious. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The rice is fluffy and complements the chicken and sauces very well. The soup that comes with these dishes is very clean. The highlight for me was the chicken curry; it was mostly chicken with a few pieces of roasted potato. Highly recommend! The garlic aichoy was simple and was a good to cut down the heaviness of the other dishes.If you are in the Diamond Bar/Chino area, you must check out Cluck2go. You won't regret it!

This chain is pretty good for Hainan Chicken! One of the places I used to go in Alhambra is Savoy, but this would be a good alternative with even with more different types of choices. The other location I have been to as well is the Rowland Heights one. I have ordered here twice already, and it seems like at the time of this review, they have reopened indoor dining. I personally am still not used to that idea, so my review will be based off of ordering Togo and my experience with it and the food. You would probably only need to order 15 min prior before your food is ready. I called in 15 min before, and my order was ready even before I arrived.FoodThe Hainan Chicken here is pretty good! You can choose to order the chicken itself or the chicken with rice. Besides Hainan chicken, they have different types of chicken wings you can order, as well as even Tom Yum Noodle soup.I recommend the Hainan chicken rice with dark meat, which comes with a spicy sauce and non spicy ginger sauce. It also comes with a small cup of chicken soup.I would also recommend trying the Stir Fried Green Beans and the Pepper Salt Chicken Wings. Both of these were great, and if you dont finish it, a simple reheat from an air fryer gets these tasting like the first day you ordered it!I have tried the honey flavored chicken wings too, but I would recommend the pepper salt.I’m curious to see how the French style filet mignon, or fried Hainan chicken leg will taste, so you will def see me back with an updated review of that whenever I get a chance. If the owner of the chain is reading this, I hope that there could also be a location in Chino! There is a need of this fusion, Hainan chicken.. Thai… Cantonese style in the area! Hope to see this place again soon. Until then!

My favorite dish is the dark meat rice, and it comes with a cup of chicken soup on the side. My photo can't show how good it tastes, but I would say it's the best in town!!Service was very fast and the staff is very nice too ?? I usually come back 1-2 times a month, but I definitely should visit more often.

Good Hainan chicken rice, but, unfortunately, they are very stingy on their sauces. They will give you an attitude when you ask for anything extra.

Food is yummy and good portions. Only got the curry this time. Will try Hainan Chicken next.Only 1 person at front register. He was super busy but still w good attitude. So I appreciate that. Kudos to him. Not easy to do - put on a smiley friendly face while toggling phone and 5 different customers.Poor guy. Good sport ?
