It’s hard to describe, and you can tell the chef has changed as soon as you eat it. This salted fish meatloaf clay pot rice is for takeout. The meatloaf used to be very elastic, but now it’s very woody, and the meat has a fishy smell. I remember going to dine in last Saturday and ordering this Young Master Fried Rice, it’s Yangzhou Fried Rice, I asked The clerk and the female clerk said that it looked like Yangzhou fried rice. Even the clerk said that. When he took it into the kitchen, he said that this is Young Master Fried Rice. If you have fried vermicelli and fried sausage, it is Young Master Fried Rice... Okay, there should be no next time. Yes, it has really gotten a lot worse...

When it first opened, place was legit. Not sure what happened. Prices are absolutely bonkers - $20 for the broccoli with garlic ? Standard stir fried dishes like noodles and rice very average - prob change of chef. Anyways, lower the prices at the very least. The other DFCs are better options from my experience.

I have a feeling that there must be some changes happening to this restaurant after I tried it multiple times in the last two months. This place used to be one of my favorite places to enjoy Hong Kong food. But now it's different. First, you can obviously tell that the portion of food becomes smaller than before, for instance, the "咖喱牛腩“ and ”原味肉碎饭". I'm not exactly sure if it's due to the inflation but I just figure it's even better to bump up the price than reduce the amount of food you offer to your customer. Also, the food is not as well as it was before considering its relatively high pricing. I wish the owner of the restaurant could make some improvement soon. Otherwise it may not be in my to-go list anymore.
I love the food here, the atmosphere here is great. We will be back.

This original flavor shop is a store we must visit more than twice every holiday. The taste is better than the ones in other cities. However, today there are only three of our family members (previously there were more than five people) and we arrived at about three o'clock to sit down. After ordering my meal, my kids were about 5 minutes away from work at 4 o'clock, so I simply ordered fried beef river, signature risotto, and minced pork rice. The first two items were played one after another in about 20 minutes. The minced meat rice was served at about 3:35. I took a bite and waited for more than half an hour. The minced meat was cold. I was really dumbfounded. At that time, there was only a group of two people in front of us who had already ordered and were waiting for their meals. About three tables had finished eating, and about three groups of people came in one after another. They were not very busy and it was not meal time. I asked the service staff and they said they would change it for us. And after waiting for so long, the water glass was out of water and no one came to refill it. After about 5 minutes, the meal arrived and we had no time to eat, so we had to pack up and leave! Why is the minced pork rice cold after waiting for so long? I want to hear what the store has to say.

The green bean with fish cake was awful. It was undercooked, filled with fibers to the point where you could floss your teeth with it. The carrots were basically raw and weirdly soggy on the outside and crunchy on the inside. Some parts were way too salty and other parts don't have taste. This was 18 dollars, not including tax. We're definitely not going back, ever.

I called to ask if the peking duck came with rice. The lady who answered the phone hung up on me. I can tell that there was a language barrier. I tried to ask as politely as I could. I tried call back a couple more times and each time the same lady would just hang up as soon as she heard me speak. The menu just simply said "peking duck $" so it was really confusing.

Chef’s definitely changed. We ordered to go crispy short rib, XO shrimp, and bbq combo plate. All of them are terrible. Short rib is so over fried that it can shatter your teeth. Bbq combo feels like it’s been under the warmer for 3 days. And the XO shrimp were over cooked too. Too sad it’s not the same restaurant as it used to be.

I went here many times and ordered takeout almost every week. Today, an old aunt in the front office had a very bad service attitude. I called before I came to place my order and said it would be ready in about 15 minutes. When I got to the takeout bar, she said it was not ready yet, so I sat down. Waiting for a while, an old aunt came over and asked me to go out and wait. I can't sit here. I have a bad attitude. The service attitude of the old aunt is really not suitable for catering services. I would like to ask the restaurant owner if I can't sit in the lobby when ordering takeout.
It was delicious
