This location has outdated furniture, out of service drink machine and no customers in dinning area. The service was unfriendly and the food never arrived. I would never go back to this location again and this experienced left a bad taste in my mouth when I think of Jack in a crack.

Our first Thanksgiving meal was after our hike, and my daughter asked for a snack. We chose this place, and this pile of rubbish cost $9.43. We were the only customers, and the staff took almost 30 minutes to finish it. If there were a 0-star restaurant, I would give it to her without hesitation.

If you’re not going to give what’s on the ad pic. at the order area, than take down the sign advertising it. That’s who I am! Also, I don’t like having to deal with someone that cannot properly speak English. I don’t mind that there are people who speak other languages, but it’s funny how everyone worries about having people working who speak other language, but what about people who speak good American English so I can understand. That would be awesome and appreciated!

usually no issues but today just disgusted me so much.i ordered jumbo jack with cheese and 2 tacos . initially I was going to let it go but I just couldn't! first of all how do you run out of American cheese or cheese slices to the extent you put shredded cheese instead . it looked like worms on top just nasty and messy and the presentation was a hot mess. it also didn't taste the greatest and I definitely complained to Postmates and got refunded . if you're out of cheese slices put swiss or another one or tell the driver don't just go rogue and shredded cheese is good too but it doesn't fit with this type of burger imo. Also cheese slices are on the majority of your items so I bet the worker was just too lazy too go get it out the fridge or whatever. I wouldn't have minded had the whole thing not looked like a 2 year old put it together . proceed with caution when eating here!
