The total of my order was $69. The waiter showed me the total included tax was $80, so I asked him what the $11 was. He told me that's the tax. I thought the tax would be around 10%, so that should be $7 only ! After I asked him how did you calculate the tax. He told me that the price has already included tips, but he refused to provide me the invoice! What if I didn't ask him again? I would pay tips twice!!

This has been an extremely terrible experience. You advertised a special offer of two lobsters, three pounds for $49, but what you actually provided definitely did not meet that. The lobster heads alone were not enough for two, and the meat in the lobster bodies was very little. I swear to God I am not lying. Is your store intentionally deceiving customers for money? No wonder your business is doing so poorly. I hope your store closes down soon; your conscience seems completely absent

Bad quality food, tastes like an old microwaved meal from 3 days ago… zero flavor and zero quality. VERY overpriced, fried rice is bland and chow mein tastes like cardboard. But server was polite

This is ridiculous! I paid $22 for this platter! They’ve already raised the price, and I ordered a half BBQ pork, half roast duck as a combo. (They only gave me 5 pieces of duck ！!) On top of that, they filled half the plate with veggies as filler! We’ve been coming to this place for 4 years, but the food and portions are nothing like they used to be. Charging this much for such a skimpy portion is a total rip-off! If you don’t want to get disappointed, I recommend you don’t go to this restaurant. I’m so beyond disappointed—I will never coming back!!!!!

I rate this place a zero. right when i walked into the restaurant i was in disgust with their food in the front and how dusty the place was, the food looked like it was very very old and there were two things that looked like it was marinading. I’ve have never been to such a disgusting Chinese food place. i do not recommend going. after i got the food it smelled horrid. i didn’t even eat it, just threw it out.

Food was average, service wasn't great, atmosphere was not up to par. bathroom was very dirty even the soap dispense had whatever black dirts stains on it as if they just refilled the soap dispense for over 10 years, the sink itself was not sanitary and they FORCE YOU TO TIP. I tried to custom tip them less then their minimum 15 percent bc i don't knoe what they did extra to deserve more tip. no wonder nobody was eating in there. that should've been my first clue

It is mandatory to pay a 15% tip on the confirmation form before checkout, instead of our guests being able to choose after swiping the card. Very uncomfortable, won't go there again. The portions are also very small. Value for money is too low

I didn't have a receipt when I went to eat, and I couldn't understand the messy handwriting. Then I did the calculations myself, and at least I ended up with an extra 10 yuan for several bottles of drinks. If you can avoid lightning, do so. Be careful if you go there.
