Very delicious! Highly recommend the chicken rack! ! ! It smells very much like the one at the entrance of domestic campuses. I will definitely go there again. I hope the business will get better and better.

Easy access ample parking, you will never have trouble with it. This place seems to be a hybrid, probably has many take out orders. You will never have trouble finding a table. The ordering process is entirely in Mandarin, you will have difficulty if you don't speak Mandarin at all. The food is the highlight, at the recommendation of the staff we got the first option potato noodle which is basically an everything combo. I would say as long as you are into spicy noodles this alone is worth all the inconveniences. Overall there are not many potato noodles in the area and this place fulfills an interesting niche. Worth a visit.

Fried chicken were nothing but fried leftover chicken bones that were de-meated to include neck, collar, and other unwanted discarded chicken bone pieces.

Their potato noodles are so good! I've been coming here so often now ever since I found out that they can do a vegetarian version, just mention when you are ordering! The portion is huge, I only ate less than half and I was already very full. The noodle texture is so chewy and addictive , and the soup is perfect on a cold rainy day!

The taste is very good, but the packaging box is really a headache, so I pack it in a big box! The other is a small box, so the powder cannot be poured into the soup! How can I eat in the office? A mouthful of soup and a mouthful of noodles?

2 stars for the potato noodles only. I love hot noodle and their signature potato noodle dish comes in a scalding clay pot. The broth was nice too. This place does not care able their customers at all. I came in on a summer day and ordered the scalding noodles. The temperature inside the restaurant was okay at first as both the fan and AC were on. But half way through the meal. The old lady who may or may not be the owner said to the server that she is getting cold so they turned off the two AC units. Let me remind you that the door is still closed and its 90+ degrees outside. Their menu is so limited that the only dish people order is the clay pot noodles. It got hot quickly so I left before finishing my meal. This is the second time it happened. This place is wild.

Note: $1.00 charge for credit card UNLESS order is over $35. Bring cash if you want to avoid this fee for a small order. For the experience vs cost, I unfortunately cannot recommend Jing Potato Noodle.- - - - - -I stumbled upon Jing Potato Noodle having never seen it before. First impressions were that it is quite quiet until you're greed with a staff member. If you don't know Mandarin, have fun ordering the food or understanding the menu.I ordered a signature spicy potato noodles. I wish I could've snapped a picture of the menu, but the staff seemed pretty hesitant in letting me, so I didn't. Overall, the dish tasted like an easy throw ingredients together kind of quick meal at home - nothin too exotic. The Noodle base tasted like an instant noodle packet. Their choice of ingredients were plentiful, and the seafood balls, seaweed, enoki mushrooms, and veggies were all good. The noodles were also good, but that's all I can say.Other than the food, I had an awkward experience when they assumed my ethnicity and also assumed that I didn't understand Mandarin. I understood their entire conversation on a quiet, weekday afternoon from the wait staff to the kitchen, though that won't be reproduced here.

I am not familiar with potato noodles, so I am happy a restaurant that specializes in them is coming to town. While they do contain carbs, they are healthier choice. They can be prepared spicy or kind of chewy and thick for a filling meal. Your choice of "meatless" or with protein "chicken, beef, shrimp). The menu is not published yet, during my visit I was not able to get a copy. I will be able to post more photos next week, stay turned!
