I’m very disappointed with this boba tea shop. They keep changing staff, and some of them don’t even know how to make certain drinks. It’s obvious that they haven’t been properly trained before starting the job. On top of that, the staff doesn’t follow the 'first come, first served' principle. People who ordered after me were getting their drinks before I even got mine. The manager was just sitting nearby, watching all of this happen. Is this really the kind of place worth visiting?

This is a boba shop that is still popular in the neighborhood because of its reasonable prices. There are many middle and high school students, and adults also stop by occasionally. I hope this boba shop continues to do well. The taste is also good. I especially recommend the watermelon slush boba.

The owner & staff behaved nasty and condescending. It was my first time going here and it’ll be the last because there’s better places to go than Lollicup.

Zero customer service. No greeting upon entry. It reeked in the shop. Looks like everyone hates their job. I didn’t even known my order was ready since the guy who made it mumbled something making zero eye contact.

I’ve been to a couple of other Lollicup locations and the boba drinks were ok, so I wasn’t expecting much when friends wanted to go to this location. I’m writing this review bec this lollicup location pleasantly surprised me! The drinks we ordered were soooo good and the server, Alex, provided top notch service. I thought Lollicup is Lollicup, but no, it depends and this one is a great one!

Staff is efficient and pleasant. There isn't much of a wait.

Parking: Depending on the day and time, sometimes it may be difficult to find parking in this huge lot.
