I’ve been to a couple of other Lollicup locations and the boba drinks were ok, so I wasn’t expecting much when friends wanted to go to this location. I’m writing this review bec this lollicup location pleasantly surprised me! The drinks we ordered were soooo good and the server, Alex, provided top notch service. I thought Lollicup is Lollicup, but no, it depends and this one is a great one!
Staff is efficient and pleasant. There isn't much of a wait.Parking: Depending on the day and time, sometimes it may be difficult to find parking in this huge lot.
Have pretty good deals there. Boba is a good quantity. Place is a bit not clean.

Lollicup generally has good drinks and food so 5 stars for that. But I’ve been to this specific location 4 different times and EACH time, it’s been the SLOWEST service everrrr! And they were all different employees. I would only suggest coming here if you have all the time in the world and have no where to go. Your drinks/food will come out at in at least >20mins. Plus one employee got my order wrong, I believe because he was wearing AirPods and didn’t hear my order correctly. Lack of professionalism in this location. I generally like lollicup in all other locations, but this one particularly lacks the umph to provide good service, unfortunately.
This is the only lollicup location I like. They make the best snow drinks and to my liking. Strawberry snow is my usual, but lately I've been getting their taro snow, less sugar, add boba. Thank me later.

Always a classic spot that never fails! The popcorn chicken is chef's kiss ($7.66)!! Their seasoning is SPOT ON a mixture of salty and sweet, good spice level (medium), even batter to crisp up REAL chunks of juicy chicken (so important). The amount they give can vary, sometimes a bit inconsistent, but it depends who's working. This time I'd like to think they packed it well & even gave extra bits of fried basil. When freshly served, the smell is so aromatic it follows you in each room. Highly recommend this local spot to satisfy the Taiwanese popcorn chicken cravings!

The service is pretty good but you never know what you're gonna get with the drinks. I've been coming here for well over a decade. It was a good value, and still remains relatively affordable choice especially for larger orders for parties. But since its inception, the quality has always been questionable. I've had so many "this is the last straw" moments when I told myself to stop coming but todays experience with the basic quality of BOBA--the one thing you expect lollicup to get right as a boba place--got me saying never again. I ordered boba milk teas. The staple item at any boba shop. The boba tasted weird. Tinny. Like metallic. I realized they had probably overcooked it and didn't bother checking. Or maybe with the way this place is managed, they never do. So glad this wasnt a large order that I at times place for groups of 6+. But let this lesson ring loud: don't try to save a few bucks by coming here. The quality just isn't worth it. Trying to save a buck or two meant I had to throw away $7. Past gripes include letting phone orders taken first get priority before customers ordering and waiting in store. Not giving boba sized straws but thinner ones for drinks with boba and then of course ironically counter to my first gripe they larer on started not making phone orders til you got there. Find another place and let this place RIP before you get a situation where you waste $$$.
