This is a small, no frills, dumpling, noodle, and rice place located in a strip mall that really delivers on the food. Just don't expect a fine dining ambiance and you will enjoy it for take out or sit down dining for smaller groups. I grew up in Taiwan and found the beef noodle soup, xiao long bao, soup dumplings, and beef rolls to be excellent. The green beans were also great, cooked with lots of garlic and a black bean sauce. The fried rice was just like home cooked. If some in your group prefer Western style Chinese dishes, you're in luck because Major Dumplings also serves dishes like orange chicken and kung pao chicken. Our hostess was very kind and fluent in both English and Mandarin. We really enjoyed this place and went home totally satisfied.

This place is definitely a must-try, especially for those seeking a truly satisfying and flavorful culinary experience. We've been regulars for quite some time now, and we've found that there's very little on the menu that we haven't really enjoyed. The woodear salad is fantastic, the chongqing crispy chicken is a constant craving, and let's not forget the delightful dumplings!
Good food and service. Ordered the lamb, chicken, and juicy pork dumplings. All were delicious. Only issue I can see is lack of parking for the businesses located there.

I absolutely LOVE the beef rolls and wontons in chili oil. They’re consistently delicious and addictive, with perfect everything. Beef rolls are so savory, with just the slightest touch of sweetness. And the wontons are so decadent!!
Yangzhou fried rice was a bit of a disappointment ngl.

I had house special noodles and spring rolls. Was tasty and affordable. Think it was around $14 for both. Will be back again to try other dishes. The waitress is super nice. She saw i was about to take my meds and brought me a bottle of water without having to ask. Been here 3 times now and always had a good experience!
