If you're looking for authentic, traditional Japanese vibes, this small hole in the wall place is a must-visit! The food is absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The atmosphere truly makes you feel like you're in Japan. And the flavors are slightly adjusted to suit American palates, everything, from the sushi to the hot dishes, is full of rich, fresh, and satisfying taste. Highly recommend if you’re craving a genuine Japanese dining experience!

My first time that my former co-worker took me to this Japanese Sushi place today for lunch. I was very satisfied the fresh seafood Sashimis & Sushis. Good foods and friendly services. I will come back and recommend my friends to come for their foods.

This was my third time going to makomae. I like the sashimi. They are fresh. It’s a little on the pricey side but worth every bite.
The first time I was there, I tried the beef tongue that I didn’t care for.
The second time I was there, I ordered the omakase. The server told me what fish I would be getting. One of them was Bonita. I never had sashimi Bonita and knew that I didn’t like cooked Bonita. When I tried the sashimi Bonita, I still didn’t...
