Odd way to communicate with a customer, nowadays they take awhile to even look at the person counter side; the main issue was the fountain machine customers can get has no ice so I had to ask the people at the front for a drink, young guy came and got it as I was standing waiting this rude lady with a dark magenta/red shirt asked what I was waiting for, told her the guy was getting it, she said “he’s working drive through and is very busy are you sure”? Odd response talked in a very condescending tone she shouldn’t be even communicating with people talking like that

I made a breakfast reservation through the app at 10 AM and want to pick it up around 11 AM. However, when I arrived, I was told that it was too late for breakfast and was asked to cancel my order myself. This completely wasted my time, and I ended up being late for work and still didn’t get to eat breakfast. If they can’t prepare my order at the agreed time, then why should I have to pay in advance for a reservation? The whole point of pre-ordering is to save time, but this experience was the complete opposite. I will never go to this McDonald's again. Terrible service!

The fries were soggy and the sundae tasted like soap. It is an anomaly because I have been here before and no issues.
Every other visit I have at this location is unpleasant and most of my orders are incorrect. For example I order a Big Mac or cheeseburger and the meat is missing, the fries are over cooked, and even the apple pies are cold not warm as if they’ve been sitting out in open for quite some time. The workers will see you waiting, ignore you, and continue their conversation, and this has happened on several occasions. There a McDonald’s further away from home and I’d rather go there for the better service and food quality. This location needs major improvement and changes!
