I made a breakfast reservation through the app at 10 AM and want to pick it up around 11 AM. However, when I arrived, I was told that it was too late for breakfast and was asked to cancel my order myself. This completely wasted my time, and I ended up being late for work and still didn’t get to eat breakfast. If they can’t prepare my order at the agreed time, then why should I have to pay in advance for a reservation? The whole point of pre-ordering is to save time, but this experience was the complete opposite. I will never go to this McDonald's again. Terrible service!

Every other visit I have at this location is unpleasant and most of my orders are incorrect. For example I order a Big Mac or cheeseburger and the meat is missing, the fries are over cooked, and even the apple pies are cold not warm as if they’ve been sitting out in open for quite some time. The workers will see you waiting, ignore you, and continue their conversation, and this has happened on several occasions. There a McDonald’s further away from home and I’d rather go there for the better service and food quality. This location needs major improvement and changes!

Went to get gas at chevron . This place share the same corner. There is an entrance between the chevron store and mcdonalds. There is a small dining area.it seems like a good resting spot after a long drive.

Every time I come here they make me wait 10 to 15min for food. It doesn't matter if I order inside or drive thru, busy or empty, they never seem to have any food ready. Today I ordered a chicken big mac and I received a regular big mac with no lettuce, even though the box has a huge sticker with CHICKEN BIG MAC on it. I drove back and got my chicken big mac, and I guess they ran out of lettuce because it had no lettuce either. It's my fault, I keep coming back. Let's not blame the training or anything like that. Ps. I was told to be careful because the fries where very hot, they were cold and under cooked. I'm done
Drive thruLine was unusually long and I found it quicker to go inside. I haven't been in there for years, I always use the drive through normally, but it was a pleasant surprise and a lot faster!
