imagine supporting a small business and the lady working has poor service and attitude & demands for more tips. had to ask for water multiple times & our side dishes and ordered drinks came out when we finished eating our main dish. when we were paying, we entered the tip on the screen & the lady cleared our tip selection and told us to enter it again so obviously we entered the same amount & the lady was so aggressive and had the audacity to say give more! i'm 1 person doing 3 persons job!

tips is not mandatory and tips is based off of the service your provide regardless of the total amount that we order. we won't be returning & i absolutely do not support businesses that present this type of offensive and ungrateful actions towards their customers. stay away!

Hidden charges and mandatory consumption. When adding something, the waiter will ask you and add it directly to you. This behavior has been reported to the Health Department and FTC Department.
The restaurant deliberately added extra charges to my order without informing me, and there was no clear indication that these items would cost extra. For example, handmade noodles incur an additional $2 fee, but this information was only displayed in Chinese, and the restaurant pre-selected this option without my knowledge or consent. Additionally, when ordering a drink, I was told there was a buy-one-get-one-free special. However, the restaurant covertly added grass jelly and honey—each costing an extra $2—without any disclosure. These deceptive and negligent practices demonstrate a clear intent to overcharge customers without their awareness, violating consumer trust and transparency.

Last night after get off work, I was very tired, so I went there with my wife and simply ordered a spicy chicken rice and pork ribs noodle soup. They were both delicious. After we finished eating, we ordered a piece of Taiwanese shaved ice. It was a big bowl and delicious. It made us both shiver from the cold in the slightly hot weather of Los Angeles in February, hahaha. What was pleasantly surprising was Grace, the loud but considerate and enthusiastic clerk in this store. Not only did she remember our favorite flavors, but she also brought all the seasonings we had used to the table one by one. The condensed milk for the shaved ice was just right. It was great. I gave her a lot of praise...

I came here because of the good reviews, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The owner was very pushy, rushing customers to order and almost forcing them to pick dishes. What shocked me even more was the payment process – you’re required to select a tip amount before your card is charged, while the owner stares at you the entire time, making it incredibly uncomfortable. I usually tip 20% or more, but this kind of rude and invasive behavior was unacceptable.

The worst part? After I paid, while I was packing up my leftovers myself, the owner used her bare hands to touch the food inside my box to “help save space.” This was completely unhygienic and made me lose all appetite. The food itself was mediocre at best, but the owner’s pushy and boundary-crossing behavior left me feeling offended and deeply uncomfortable. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I ordered two pork chop rice and one braised pork rice to-go for lunch. After a couple of bites, we realized that all the meat was spoiled. We decided not to eat any more, but even with just a few bites, we still got food poisoning. Both my wife and I ended up throwing up and experiencing severe stomachaches. Please be cautious before you decide to go.

The tomato beef noodles are too sweet and the taste is unacceptable. I don’t recommend mixing them with salt and crispy noodles. I recommend ordering them a la carte. The braised pork rice was also salty at the top, but the rice at the bottom turned sweet when you tasted it. The overall feeling was too ordinary.

It's really not delicious. The pork smells fishy, the drinks are not good, and the decoration is very old.

A very funny experience. I often passed by this store to buy bento, but the Northeastern lady inside was really outrageous. I called to order food for takeout, and when it was time to pay with a card, she actually asked me: Do I want a tip? Counted in? I was stunned for two seconds and said: I have never heard of tipping when ordering takeout? She actually replied to me and said: Just because you haven't heard of it doesn't mean others won't give it to you. I went, I got a little angry and said: Can you please stop arguing with me here? I am a guest, please pay attention.
Am I ignorant or is she ignorant? I have been in the United States for more than ten years and I have never heard of tipping for takeout? Did you add two more chicken drumsticks for me or did you pack them for me ?
As a Northeasterner, I simply embarrass my own people because you, a poor Northeasterner!

I am very happy to be able to eat hot Taiwanese food in the United States. It is not only delicious, delicious but also full of portions. I highly recommend the Taiwanese braised pork rice, Taiwanese three-piece rice and the beef noodles named after the competition. Don’t forget it. Served delicious side dishes such as braised cabbage, cucumber, braised meat, stinky tofu and Taiwanese hand shake drinks.

Great place for quick eats or traditional Taiwanese plates. Make sure to check out their frozen selections. Shrimp & chive Dumplings, cabbage & pork dumplings, frozen beef soup packs are the must tries.
