Terrible experience and terrible food! I ordered a açai mango bowl it is completely watered down. There is absolutely no taste when I told Freddy the employee. He said he could not do anything about it, but I could only leave a review. I’ve been too many places usually, they will hand over the bowel or set it on the table. This employee slided bowel across the table having me catch the bowel and just walked away, absolutely rude. When I was right in front of him, it was unnecessary to slide it across like that. Absolutely terrible customer service and after being a longtime customer, I am never returning again!

Young girl in the front took our order, tells us it’s a 10 minute wait and some items are not in stock. No change in pricing considering it’s already expensive. After taking our order she leaves to the back and gas the other girl to do all the work. It was more than 10 mintues. This Nektar sucks lmao.

This is the worst nekter.. a couple months ago I went to this location. I placed an order online & I was charged. I get to the store & they don't have one of my items. I ask for a refund 4 that item but they cant give me one for some reason & they charged me twice for the complete order I had to take it all the way to corporate to get my money back, the owner & manager are the worst. Worst customers service. I go to the San Dimas location now so friendly & courteous. What a difference!
