Young girl in the front took our order, tells us it’s a 10 minute wait and some items are not in stock. No change in pricing considering it’s already expensive. After taking our order she leaves to the back and gas the other girl to do all the work. It was more than 10 mintues. This Nektar sucks lmao.

This is the worst nekter.. a couple months ago I went to this location. I placed an order online & I was charged. I get to the store & they don't have one of my items. I ask for a refund 4 that item but they cant give me one for some reason & they charged me twice for the complete order I had to take it all the way to corporate to get my money back, the owner & manager are the worst. Worst customers service. I go to the San Dimas location now so friendly & courteous. What a difference!

Tried this place for the first time and i got the magic butterfly, which is some sort of lemonade and the pink flamingo which have dragonfruit, strawberry, pineapple, coconut water, and agave nectar blended in it. Both of them was amazing. It wasn't overly sweet where it tastes like they put additional sugar in it. I'll definitely be back to try other things on there menu.Also, they have an offer on their app for first time customers where you can get a 16 oz juice/smoothie for free if you sign up. Definitely do that to get a bang for your buck.

Nekter is amazing! Always great service and smoothies! Steven helped me and was very nice! Will definitely be back again. I usually get the mango delight and anything else mango. Would 100% recommend and be back soon!

Came here on a Saturday morning, there was only about 4 patrons in front of me, however, the wait for my smoothie was ridiculous. I waited for about 30 minutes before I had to go because I was late for a meeting and had to cancel my order. I don't blame the employee, she was nice and professional about it but was just obviously overwhelmed by all of the orders coming in back to back. This is on the owner's for only having one employee working during prime rush hours causing major backup. The wait was absolutely unacceptable and you don't have other major smoothie chains having the same person run the register and make the orders at the same time.

The acai bowls were mushy and watery with zero flavor and It took 30 minutes. I will not revisit.
Found a hair inside of my acai bowl. Also paid extra for peanut butter and went home to see that they didn't give me any.

So I've been coming to this place since it opened and they're amazing. They regularly participate in community events, have donated to local schools, and always make my order perfectly. My go to is the açaí banana berry bowl with extra banana and a tropical cooler add green apple. They can get pretty busy because they're right by a gym but it's def worth the wait. Seating is available inside and outside but limited because it's a pretty small shop. This works for me because I always take my bowls and smoothies to go anyways.
