A very wide selection of fresh pastries, both sweet and savory. Everything we’ve tried so far has been delicious and looks very appetizing. There’s a large flow of customers, which probably explains why the tables aren’t always clean.
For my own memory, never buy their tiramisu cake again! Too sweet. The sweetness is way beyond my family’s tolerances.
Good lattes for a good price , cheaper and better than Starbucks
Called in for information on product and pricing. Person on the phone was super helpful. Walked in and grabbed some items to go along with a box of birthday treats. They recently added new patio/lounge area chairs outside, looks really nice!
The latte was pretty good , super busy in there
The music was so lauded almost like we are in nightclub we asked the manager respectfully to make the sound lower but he refused to listen to us we asked him 3 times but no response the manager name is David we decided to leave the store because of this.
If you’re looking for delicious pastries like croissants or chausson aux pommes, this is the place to go. The quality is top-notch, and the flavors are as authentic as it gets. The staff are super friendly, and they even have a lovely terrace where you can sit outside, soak up the sun, and enjoy your meal.
It’s so hard to find truly delicious, authentic bread and pastries here, but Paris Baguette delivers every time. I find myself coming here almost every week! Starting the day with some of their food always puts me in a great mood. Plus, the prices are more affordable than Starbucks. Highly recommend it for anyone craving a taste of Paris!
Today I visited this cake shop to buy a cake. When I was choosing a complimentary greeting card, a Korean woman rudely interrupted me and snatched the card away, indicating that I shouldn’t touch it. However, I frequently buy cakes from this shop for my family of four. We get all our birthday cakes and holiday cakes here. Every time, the staff allows me to choose a greeting card for the cake. Since today is Christmas Eve and the shop was crowded, I saw people ahead of me choosing their cards, so I thought it was fine. While my husband was paying, I was looking for a card with a Christmas greeting. The moment I picked one up, she rudely took it back. I understand her reason, but it was very frustrating and upsetting.
There are many cake shops in this area, and I will consider buying our cakes elsewhere next year. Good service is crucial for a good shop, and their cakes are quite expensive. I do not recommend this place!
I M O:
•$$ (kinda OK, their prices)
•almost an LA feel (cuddle friendly)
•staff seems knowledge-able (👍🏼)
Today I went to buy bread and saw pumpkin cake on sale for $19.90. I want to buy one for my kids. When I swiped my card, the clerk charged me $49.90. I repeatedly checked with him to see if the price was wrong, but he was very perfunctory and vague. bad attitude

The food was excellent and the employees were great and knew the tips to get the best flavor. It's been a year since I was last there but it's on my list when I go back to So. Cal.

I went in to pick up 2 cakes and 2 cakes slices. There were 2 young men working the counter. I came to find out their names were Matt and Benny. Matt was the one working the register and Benny was labeling bread. I was approaching the register when Matt stepped away, leaving Benny up front. I waited for what felt like 10 minutes, with Matt being no where in sight and Benny just labeling bread. Here is what I find to be a pet preeve of mine. If you are in customer service, your main objective is to serve the customer. Not labeling bread and clearly seeing someone standing at the register and continue to label bread as if it's not his responsibility to handle customers. Even if it isn't, the customer doesn't know that, so it's a bad look. By the time Matt returned to the register I forgot the name of the cake I saw in the display and he took my order wrong because we almost walked away with 1 cake slice instead of the 2 I asked for. These are easy fixes that this establishment can work on, wether it be better customer service training or hiring people who actually want to work. Now mind you this encounter happened 3 weeks ago, but the reason why I'm posting publicly now is because I did post on Paris Baguette's website first only to come and find out that the intended reader never saw the post. So a lot of good that does to have the manager on the responses recommend going on their website to post a complaint only for it to get lost in the abyss of their dead email pile. Their sandwiches are always good and so are the cakes, but that is not enough to keep customers coming back, it's also the feeling that the establishment appreciates their customers. Do better Paris.

I had a really bad experience at this cafe. I waited for 10 minutes, and people who ordered after me had already gotten their coffee. When I asked about my order, the guy told me that he makes the coffee based on whichever is easier to prepare first. On top of that, his attitude was rude and impatient.
