I drive for Uber eats and they let their food get stolen by someone. The restaurant offered to remake it for the customer and had me wait for awhile then the restruant proceeded to retract their offer and tell me to cancel. Misleading me to believe they where remaking the stolen order wasted my time and had me mislead the customer into thinking their food was being replaced. ....Edit: My frustration with the restaurant is not ubers error but that I was mislead by the staff that it would be corrected when the offer was retracted a decent duration of time after being lied to had nothing to do with uber.

I’m not sure if Pho Hana is chain operated because I remember they had one in Fullerton, CA. This is a korean owned establishment and the pho broth is not that flavorful. It’s tastes like it’s been watered down. What’s disappointing is how little the meat portions are served with your bowl. The quantity and their meat cuts are small. Not all korean owned pho establishments make their broth this bland, but this location was disappointing at most.
