I was really disappointed with my experience here. The staff told me the wait would only be about 10 minutes, but I ended up waiting for more than 30 minutes. If they had just been honest about the wait time, I wouldn’t have minded as much — but being told one thing and experiencing another was really frustrating.

Every staff was nice! Food was great! It reminds me of Taiwanese cooking with a warm atmosphere. Can’t explain how happy I was to be there. Always great food with great service! Totally recommend this place with friends and family!

Parking is difficult depending on the time, each bowl is usually around $20, the plates have different flavors some better than others, restaurant needs a deep clean, my plate was just fine nothing really amazing my partners broth was a lot better than mine, the pop corn chicken is good and the tea is also good lastly service was on point yet not really busy so might be a different story.

Came to this spot a few days ago when my friend suggested. The food was great, but it was so hot in the restaurant that me and my friend were both sweating so much while eating, either the AC was broken or they didn’t turn it on. And it was like 100 degrees outside… I don’t think i would come again, if you can’t handle the heat don’t come.

Hot pot place with similar flavor and sauce to Boiling pot but more flavors, appetizer offerings, and drink options. Wait is shorter and staff is friendly and more responsive than boiling point. My go to place for Boiling point style food!

This hot pot spot is the bomb. I used to be a die-hard Boiling Point fan, but ever since they took their seafood Thai Tom Yum broth (#10) off the menu, this has been my go-to for that fix. There’s always parking, though the plaza can get pretty busy. I’ve never had to wait, but I usually go in the mornings or afternoons.

I love that they include your choice of green or black tea with your meal. The food is fresh, the service is fast, and I’m a big fan of all their drinks. The staff is super sweet, and they also sell soju — perfect if you’re looking for a chill place to eat, drink, or even cure a hangover.

Get the thai seafood, it'll make your soul happy! You can also ask for extra cilantro and green onion for garnish. enjoy

The food is great as usual but they seem to be quite short staffed as everything took very long.

Came here for lunch and it was really good. Good size portions and the drinks are good. We will come back again!

wait almost an hour for a hotpot, ridiculous! Your time is worthless in this restaurant, and you weren’t be told you have to wait longer than normal, you just sit there to expect your food will be ready in few minutes! Never come, worst!

We came here for my wife’s company holiday party, and honestly, it turned out to be a pretty good pick! The food wasn’t bad at all—in fact, it was quite tasty. There’s a ton of options to choose from, so it seems like the kind of place you’d want to come back to and try something new each time.

The space itself is huge, which was great for a party setting. They even have private rooms, which is a nice touch if you’re planning a small get-together or an event like ours. It definitely makes it feel a little more special and cozy.

The service was super quick and efficient, which I really appreciated, especially with a big group. As for the drinks? They were just okay—not bad, but nothing that stood out either.

Overall, it was a solid experience. I wouldn’t mind coming back to explore more of the menu and see what else they have to offer!
