The drive up on schedule is very disrespectful in using explicitly behaviors, the yelling and over loud laughter, meanwhile a manager sat in the corner is out of control. Also, the immature level and not giving my food in a timely fashion unacceptable. Instead they choose to play around and talk amongst each other making negative comments to customers.especially taking about thier girlfriend crosses the line of respect and harassment.

So surprised to have my order that the Staffs here memorize them. I’m so picky about how I want but the staffs who work in the early morning have prepared the exact breakfast I want; greater than the most of Starbucks Stores I have visited. 👍👏

(((READ FIRST)))🚨🚨🚨🚨Came into this location today to get my usual daily dose of afternoon coffee. Most Starbucks locations are fairly clean with good upbeat service. This is one of the very few locations that I have been to that wasn’t as busy as other locations and miraculously the service was the complete opposite. When I received my coffee, it was mostly water. I’m not a person to complain. I went about my business and thought I would leave a review . The trash cans were piled up. There were crumbs and napkins piled up on almost every table available and to top it off the restroom was completely and utterly disgusting.

I would give them 0 stars but i can’t. I ordered a VENTI coffee, and they gave me grande, when i told the guy named daniel he was kinda upset and he charged me 30 cents more for their mistake, i paid it, but this service in this locations sucks!

I love my starbucks! I go everyday before heading to work. I don't think I have ever been disappointed. They know me by name ( or by my voice) and can recite my favorite drink to a T. They have a customer for life.

Ordered a regular dragon fruit drink and it came 85% ice!?! For $6 plus tip you'd want the drink to at LEAST be more than 2 sips..! Ridiculous. Employee taking order was nice but that's it. If you want to throw away your money, come here. Starbucks, please train your employees how to make drinks properly and not give an entire cup of ice - ESP since we did noT ask for extra ice.

The ac in this store is so nice. I would come here just for the cold environment in the heat of LA. The drinks are good too haha. I got a london fog iced latte with matcha powder added. It was delicious.

So upset about how the Chai Latte I had. I always have it at least 2/week here, all other time was good but this morning I got litterally is warm milk, o Chai at all. The barista was sleeping while making drink. I did not think I pay money for Chai Latte and got warmed milk.

just went to starbucks today as i was leaving from a work trip and had a pretty terrible experience. I pulled through the drive through and ordered quite a big order. I understand that can be frustrating but you’re literally being payed to make our drinks, yet the service we received was pretty unimpressive. I do understand it’s not always their fault when they run out of products but they had bairly any food options and suddenly they don’t sell matcha? they got most of our items out fairly quickly but once we pulled away we realized we were missing a drink and another was made incorrectly. We went inside to try and fix the mistakes when the crew members tried to tell us our order was actually right and we only ordered something else, when it 100% wasn’t. We pulled out the receipt just to prove we were correct. Not to mention literally every worker in this starbucks looked absolutely miserable. me personally, i prefer not being judged for breathing while i’m ordering my coffee.

Two times now I drive all the way there for the convenience of a drive thru and they have a sign blocking it! The first time I got out to just go in and order and there was a sign on the door also that said " Closed sorry". Today I was in my jammies, which is why I chose the drive thru! Absolutely no reason it should be closed during open hours!
