I walked into the establishment with a smile, ready to place my order, but I was met with scowls from the two women working there. Despite being the only customer present, I was ignored for an uncomfortably long time. Eventually, I approached the register and took out my card, hoping to finally be acknowledged. When I was asked what I wanted, I requested a breakfast sausage and egg sandwich, only to be informed that they didn't have sausage. I then inquired about their available options, and they mentioned steak and bacon. Opting for steak, I proceeded to pay, the employee handling my transaction abruptly walked away, leaving me standing there in need of my receipt. Due to recent knee injuries, I was experiencing discomfort and urgently needed to sit down. After mustering the courage to request my receipt, it was finally provided, though I felt it should have been given to me immediately after payment.The overall atmosphere felt off, with the sandwich maker repeatedly asking the cashier what I wanted on my sandwich, as if she couldn't directly communicate with me. Furthermore, I couldn't help but notice the stark difference in treatment when a white Latino customer entered. Both employees warmly greeted and engaged with them, while I felt neglected and dismissed.This experience left me questioning whether my skin color influenced the poor treatment I received. Regardless of the reason, such behavior is unacceptable. I expect better customer service and inclusivity from any establishment. If this issue isn't addressed and rectified, I will not be returning to this location.

Our sandwich artist team was so professional! It is refreshing to see a team work like a team and provide top notch service! We will drive the extra distance to get our subway sandwiches at this location!

Got cut short 2" and tough to communicate with employee with the music so loud. So I gave 5 stars for the atmosphere IF I was at a bar!

As far as I know the manager and the employees never wash their hands been there twice I thought you supposed to be food safety certified at any food industrys well not this place specialy when you see them just walk up splash their hands and without soap quickly dry then put on gloves if anything it's starting to be a generation z thing going on in all restaurants that managers need to address on all employees

Seth Gonzales was so helpful in crafting my amazing sandwich. I even let him take a bite. I didn't actually let him but he helped himself. I'm a freak like that so it's cool though. He was so cute I loved how his strong hands gripped my sandwich. He told me he loved foot longs and that made my day. Seth add my snap @yobabymama3449.

Terrible service, it seemed like I was begging for a sandwich, the employee didn't want to put mayonnaise, mustard, oil or vinegar on the sandwiches, he just said he didn't have any yet when I was looking at the jars in front, the employee seemed to be upset about having to take care of us, we will definitely not go to that store again, it's a shame because the others always treat us very well

I live in Diamond Bar, California and the Subway near my house. The address is 155 S Diamond Bar Blvd Unit F, Diamond Bar, CA 91765I work and night so on my way to work about 8:45 pm I pulled into the parking lot and the store was complete dark as if they had been closed for awhile. The store hours posted and online says they open at 8:00 am and close at9:00 pm. The next on Thursday 3/16/23 I went by earlier at 8:30 pm the lights were on and I walked into the store and the team member said, "I'm sorry but we are closed" I said the door is open and your sign says you close a 9:00 pm and it's only 8:s0. She said "My manager said that we can close at 8:00 pm as she was making a sandwich. I as if you are close, you're making a sandwich. She said, "I'm making a sandwich for myself. I asked for the corporate number and she said, "You can go online!" I will never visit this location again.

Ordered to go today at 1:30 pm only to find out order was not complete I need to drive back to pick up the others. I got home and was even more disappointed to find the sauces I hate so much in my sandwich. I can't go back again to complain in this day of rains

Twice in the last month our Chicken-Bacon-Ranch sandwiches have had no bacon. Last night the #7 MexiCali sandwich had no avocado. These were all online orders and we had no way of knowing they were wrong until we got home with them. The manager apologized and offered a free sandwich, but I’d rather it was right when I pick up the order.

I was there Friday night I get 3 sandwiches and chips and 3 large drinks every thing was all delicious and the customer service was great thank you you have 2 nice and helpful employees good team keep up

It was 25 minutes left until closing time and the workers were cleaning, and as I walked in.. they said "Sorry we're only taking cash right now." Since when? I feel like that's a tactic they used to just push out customers so they don't have to make sandwiches for people and they can go home sooner.

I had to visit this site because the Subway in the Colonies closed. The staff member was very pleasant however the egg on my breakfast sandwich was rubbery.
