Continuously the worst taco bell ever. Management needs to offer proper wages so they can hire employees that actually care. Slow service and gets the order wrong all the time. Prices are also insane for food that's so cheaply made.

ill keep posting a review about how absolute dogwater this place is, if you replaced this building with an empty dirt lot it would serve a much better purpose than its current existence. Lazy workers and horribly made food. Why's a food establishment in Diamond Bar this horrible? Lazy workers closing an hour prior just to chill claiming the systems are down. Yeah bro I was born yesterday, totally. This place needs to go.

The service was slow and terrible. We ordered 7 tacos and 1 burrito at 8:40pm, and we got our food at 9pm. It took 5 workers 20min to make our food.
We dining area was dirty. There were 4 tables that had food and used sauce packets on them.
Ordered a chicken quesadilla and there was chicken bones in my quesadilla

Doesn’t matter what time you go or how many customers are in the store. You will always wait 30 min or more between getting to order and your food….you can be the only car in drive thru and still wait 10 min to have your order taken……:been dealing with this for years cause it’s the closest store ???
