Best Jasmine green milk tea with boba in the area
I was excited to find a popcorn chicken place around and stopped by for my first visit. The store does not take credit card and I happened to run out of cash and took cash out at 7/11 nearby. I was very disappointed at the quantity and the quality. It's not much for over $6 & didn't taste near the real Taiwanese popcorn chicken. It's just fried chicken without much taste.
Friendly mom and pop place. I really enjoy the wonton soup here. The bitter melon dish is also quite refreshing. The serve boba as well. The woman running the shop is friendly and customers are also equally friendly. Interestingly, I've had two or three really good conversations here with other patrons just ordering food.

Congratulations it is a small healthy and delicious restaurant. We have a Chicken Curry abs a Wanton Soup. Both were tasty and great. Definitely we will return to this fabulous restaurant.

Tea garden is pretty good but I speak solely for the drinks, especially the milk green tea. They have a really fresh and nice green tea flavor and the boba is pretty good. However, when I order sometimes, they say that they run out of boba at around 7 pm. Unacceptable. No boba place should run out of boba. I've ordered the Taiwanese sausage fries rice and it's decent at best.
Taro milk tea is delicious, especially with their perfectly chewy boba. Ask for half sweetened though 👌

I always get the jasmine milk tea with boba. The boba pearls are perfectly chewy + slightly sweet, mm mm!
