I order 1 boxed coffee , 1 hot chocolate box for our team meetings also 3 vanilla iced coffees and a hot americano nsa , always so perfect!!! To add the right amount of cups and creamer Lol !! Great positive morning motivation keep up the great work, I will be back next week !!!

Had a poor experience with an incompetent employee here that forgot a drink I ordered on Grub Hub. The driver asked if all items were accounted for and employee Andrea did not include the drink we ordered. The employee's name is Andrea. Coffee Bean should train their employees much better and ensure competency and customer service. Employee Andrea was not willing to accommodate or reimburse until I brought up how this falls on her. Then, suddenly, she was willing to not only make the drink but also offer a coupon. Customer service needs vast improvement here.

For one of the best coffee shops around, I really enjoy their drinks and pastries. The staff is always cheerful, attentive, and they genuinely seem to enjoy serving customers.

Their bagel is delicious with a little spicy kick to it! Their ham, egg cheese brioche is mouth watering!! Their chia pudding is out of this world!! Exceptional service and short waiting times!!! Wonderful guest inviting ambiance!!!!

Usually go through the drive through which is an strange shape. We usually grab their teas at 30 fl oz it refreshing and has enough caffeine to keep me awake.

Ice bended latte (cookie butter) made perfectly. We frequent LOTS of Coffee Beans, probably hit all in SoCal, in different counties and this location is spot on with their drinks. Usually too watery or big ice chunks with little flavor. We usually have to return drinks 3 out of 5. Diamond Bar Coffee Bean drinks are full flavor and consistency of texture is smooth and fluffy. Perfect! No other store has come close to their skills. Hey Regional/District managers…recognize this location! Rockstar team!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time here and it was a nice drive thru experience. I got the pumpkin expresso blended and the cream cheese pumpkin muffin. I loved them both and the drink was thick and bitter watery. It was almost like a pumpkin was blended and poured in the cup. The muffin was a package muffin but it had a great amount of cream cheese in there.

It's my Happy Place! I'm heading there now for my Sunday treats! I'm gonna get something good! My new fave is the iced matcha honey nut w/a shot of their smooth espresso on top! Delish! 😋 shout out to the Diamond Bar crew; they're always on point & they just add joy to my day every time I roll thru! So grateful for the drive-thru🙏🏽 clean restrooms & beautiful, chill environment! My only disappointment is if I don't make it before closing time. Lol😉
