Habit Burger & Grill

While I love the habit. This was the worst experience ive had at rhe habit.

Ordered the bacon cheeseburger. I opened the burger, saw 1 piece of tiny bacon. I asked if it was the right order. Server asked the line cook, and he said it comes with 2. He opens the burger and says, yeah thats 2. There's 1, and its tiny.

What miserable people.

I was just there this evening. Ordered to go, a burger with ketchup only on it and I got home to find everything on the burger. I am not going back to the store as I now have to make something for my son to eat and my food got cold. I even asked before leaving , the double char has ketchup only, response yes it does. How painful! It says right on the burger order, ketchup only. I didn’t check the burger before I left to ensure it was correct because they shoved three burgers, two fries and one onion ring in one bag. I didn’t want to dig out the burger.

My order was taken by Brittney , welcomed me with a smile and had great customer service. Ordered the Santa Barbara char and the avocado was very fresh this is why I come back to the Habit. (:

First time the burger was good. Second time it was very mediocre.

It was so hot and they had the air conditioning off. This happens at about 3 in the afternoon.

I have only experienced the drive through. They are polite and the food is fresh.

I had a similar experience as previous reviews. The drive-through took over 15 minutes never again and their excuse was that they make the chicken fresh, but why not move that car up and have it wait on the side versus holding up the entire life now I have a feeling that my order and I'm waiting another 5 to 10 minutes almost 20 minutes now

Food quality does.not match standard of other chain store, hamburg looks pretty small and taste is far below another store that I used to go a lot in Goleta Santa Barbara. This spot is not recommend compare with others.

Ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The Cibatta Roll that it comes on was so tough it was pretty much inedible. The chicken was also a little overdone and dry. Not up to its usual standards.

One star for service because of one lady that work there . She was wearing black not the one in blue . I was there awhile back and I didn’t like how they don’t greet you. They need to greet more. Please hire people that wanna work and greet . Not come back!!!. Espically a woman with attitude. $0 . You wanna work out your dedication into you love!!!.

Stop asking me to tip you while I'm standing to order and pushed to bus my own table. Burger took 15 minutes and it was expensive. Too many other options.
