It's a love hate with Habit. The quality is good. No doubt. But I've always felt the prices are really high.

The food tastes good, but the prices they charge are ridiculous! Charging extra for cheese, bacon etc on a burger seems a bit much!

I don’t know if the owner of this store is interested in why they lose customers, But I thought I should let you know why I am no longer a customer. I’ve been eating here at least three times a month for a couple years. I wasn’t happy when you no longer have Coca-Cola products, but I started drinking water instead . On this day, I came in, went to the kiosk and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. I customized it and substituted barbecue sauce for teriyaki sauce. Because of previous times I’ve ordered the same sandwich. I opened the bun to see if there was barbecue sauce. I didn’t feel that they had put enough on the sandwich so I asked the girl at the counter for barbecue sauce. She said she would sell me some after just paying about $12 for a five dollar sandwich. I thought that’s ridiculous. I’m done here. Ate my sandwich without barbecue sauce, and I will not be back

I read some news that rated this franchise as the #1 berger store, even outstead IN and OUT burger. I went in the branch in Diamond Bar this afternoon and ordered a double char + fries. After did a tougn test, I would rate their burger my bottom of list, even below the big M. The burger is Tastless ( deep doubt it is real beef ) and the fries is soft like chewy candy. The guy who took my order was emotionless and spoke faster than a machine gun ( interntionally ??). One word to summerize : HORRIBLE !

Parking: the parking lot is empty. ( i was one of the two customers in the store )

It was ccx seld service so except for the cook and picking up our order, not too much service involved. The most annoying and the reason for my mark was two customers (men,) who were seated across the aisle from us when we arrived and one of them talked incessantly and loudly often bragging about what he knew. Seating was limited so we were stuck there. Yes, they were still there when we left

I had ordered my food at the cashier and every single card I used declined, but I know I had money in there. Then he asked us to pay cash, I then said “there’s enough money in our card though” and he replies with, “Well, It was working all day” trying to insinuate that we didn’t have money on our cards. Then when we asked him to ring it up again, he just disappeared to the back until we grabbed our cash. This isn’t something that would bother me but for someone who might not have had enough, that would feel super embarrassing and degrading. Then our food buzzer went off. I took it up to the register and our food wasn’t ready? and the cook just tells us she will bring the food to us with no explanation and had us waiting another 7 minutes after the buzzer had already gone off. Super disappointing.

Excellent service, the place is very clean and the cashier's attention was very helpful, I highly recommend this place since you will have a good experience if you visit it.. the burgers are very tasty. I plan to return very soon.

Stopped in for a quick eat. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was clean. Food is consistent with all the other locations I’ve been to. I love it! Would stop here again!

I had to dock a star so my official is 3.75 ?..so I've been to maybe 4 habits . 3 in cali and one in vegas and they're pretty consistent across the board quality wise. I'm a fan. .. my rating is cuz the last order my ranch was hella watered down. We all know restaurants have cost saving measures and many are marginal or barely noticeable. The ranch taste like ranch flavored milk and the texture looks like milk with specks in it lol. Dipping my onion ring the ranch was dripping off so i had to shake it so it wouldn't get all over me. They need to fix it!! I think the mamager at this one assumes cuz they give a courtesy cup of ranch that we can't be picky. It ruined my appetite to an extent. Even dollar tree ranch dressing is thicker lol . If you're going to cut corners do it on the napkins or mustard/hot sauce..ranch is sacred!!!

As far as the burgers...
They are amazing! The bun is slightly toasted in the inside and you can tell the buns are fresh not stale. I recommend the charburger sans those onions cuz I'm not a fan of those personally. I mostly like cheese on my burgers but here I can enjoy either with or without. used to really like the bacon bbq cheeseburger charburger .
Another good one is the double cheese char and add ? and thank me later!!!

Fries are good standard fast food fries . The onion rings are my favorite (with ranch ). I haven't tried the other sides .

The tuna burger I had years ago it is really good I like it. It's like Mahi or ahi idk but not like tuna sandwich kind lol . It's the kind like u see at sushi places .

Grilled cheese wasn't toasted enough for me but my dad likes it. They put too much cheese (oxymoron I know lol) but for me American cheese is the one type of cheese that too much can ruin things . Cheddar would be a different story imo.?

Drinks..the green tea and fruit Fresca all that are good when you eat in. Plus they have Splenda and all that to add. I used uber eats and was in the mood for soda. I was pleasantly surprised how fresh and bubbly the diet Pepsi is. Now to me yes it matters cuz unfortunately fountain drinks can go either way taste or carbonation wise. Usually you notice it more at mom& pop places . I've had friends that worked in the food industry so I know why that is but I digress.

Overall I recommend habit cuz I'm usually satisfied and I like they have different options in case I want to ear here but they don't ...
