Cute little shop with friendly employees. I was wary of trying the popcorn milk tea but it was quite good. Just tastes roasted not like actual popcorn. “Perfect sweet” level is actually perfect, very light.
Innovative tea drinks with a twist. Got the creme brulee cloud with my roasted Oolong milk tea with brown sugar tapiochi, a cross between tapioca pearls and mochi. It's more tender than the Boba.
Torotea is super popular and often requires signing up for a 40+ min waitlist, as crowds venture here to experience an off the charts “QQ.”
I think the wait is actually worth it. Here, conventional boba pearls are replaced by handcrafted tapioca cubes with the consistency of mochi.
