The food at this location is hit and miss. Some days the food is great. Other days not so good. Like today, the white meat chicken was way over cooked, hard and dry. So was the steak. On other days just as it should be.

I went in for a quick bite after a long walk around DB. DELANEY, a very sweet cook, has a way with a chicken bowl. So ono! So moist! Didn't need sauce smothered on the chicken. Just a tad on the rice. Honestly, one of the best mini chicken bowls, my go-to, from this Waba Grill! I like it plain. Just chicken and rice with sauce on the side!

This is the best WaBa ever. I even drive farther to come here for the quality. I come every Friday after work and I'm greeted by the best two ladies working the front. They are the best workers ever. Customer service is always amazing. They're seriously the best

5 stars solely for the customer service I received from the sweet young lady at the counter today. I didn't ask her name but she definitely was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. You don't usually get that kind of service at quick-service food places these days. Job well done!

How are the reviews for this place so low? I came in on a Friday afternoon and was assisted by Sydney. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever met in a fast food industry. She greets everyone with a smile and is very warm and welcoming. I made an error on my order (completely my fault) and only caught if after I had already paid. I went back to get it corrected and Sydney was super sweet about it. Then as I sat there waiting for my order I watched as Sydney interacted with other customers. She remained consistently kind and friendly to everyone she interacted with. The food is typical Waba quality so nothing crazy to add here. It was good and I didn't have to cook dinner so win win! Anyhow I would definitely come back to this location. Great job Sydney!

I purchased a family meal from our local Waba Grill for dinner tonight. The service was quick and good. Although I didn't get a chance to pre-order before heading down to the restaurant, the wait time from placing the order to pick up was no more than 10 minutes. There is always plenty of parking around the restaurant, which is greatly appreciated. I particularly enjoy the freshly steamed veggies that come with the combo. They are perfectly steamed, which means they are neither too soft nor too hard. The white rice that comes with the meal (two trays) is well cooked. I'm always surprised at how well they cook their white rice considering that it is a fast food restaurant. Both the beef and chicken are well marinated. I have been to this location on many prior occasions. I look forward to returning in the future when I need a quick and healthy meal for the family

Past 2 deliveries from go dash from waba was amazing!!!!! This restaurant read all my notes carefully. So my two kids had super healthy mixed of brown rice, chicken, beef, salmon, carrots, avocado, orange, carrots, and broccoli all freshly made WITH NO SAUCE OR SALT as we wished. This is going to be our go to meals for feeding our babies from here on!!! So precise. I only wish they have healthy deserts for kids too. Also. Their miso soup, and chicken are sooo tender and tasty. ALSO. NO ADDED SALT!!! SUPER HEALTHY AND WONDERFUL. usually other restaurants have takeouts that are extremely salty and with a lot of sauce. WABA is a true healthy diet restaurant.

I used to love coming to Waba Grill back when I ate meat, and even after I made the switch to pescatarian, their tofu options were solid as well. But recently I saw that they introduced a new plant based meat option so I had to see what it was about. I do have to say, I was pretty shocked at first with how accurate it was to meat. It's almost disrespectful how close it is, but in a good way, of course. Aside from that this establishment is solid. They are quick and to the point, and I'll definitely find myself stopping by.
