Too bad for your seriously not green tea but black tea and the near cold but a little warm omelette on 510 especially.

Made an online order and showed up about 2 min earlier than what it said. The server said they needed 15 more min with no apology. I get it, you get busy and I totally understand that although it would have been nicer if she was more kind. Anyway, I needed to be somewhere and sent my dad to pick up the order after 15 min. He was told to wait another 15 min, and again with no apology. It was okay until I found out that he was handed only one of two parts. Did not want to go back again for the third time, so we called. That same server instantly blamed it on us for not grabbing the second bag, taking zero responsibility. Are you serious? What kind of customer service is this? I later went to a nearby coffee place, and got coffee on the house because they made us wait for like 5 extra min. Not to mention, they apologized multiple times when I wasn't even complaining. I am not asking for free service here, don't get me wrong. But this is how you should run your business/ train your servers. Oh, and this place charges tip automatically for your online orders, and you need to double check to change the amount. So bold of them to do that with their subpar service. Got the refund for the part that they did not hand us but still no apology.

Got seated immediately on a Tuesday evening and Sunny and Elizabeth gave good recommendations on the combos and spice levels. Food was incredible and I would come here again. The extra mild on the rose dduk barely had any spice so I would go with the mild next time.

I ordered the ham kimbap, fishcake soup, beef bulgogi stew, and Combo C. The set portion was huge honestly enough for 4 people or multiple meals. I got the Yup Oh jiajang spice level with added rose to lessen the spice and makes it more creamy. The set also came with glass noodle, veggie fries, seaweed rice balls, and kimchi. It wasn't too spicy but super flavorful. The beef bulgogi stew had glass noodles and beef bulgogi and it was very good and came out sizzling. The fish cake soup had lots of fishcake and I actually mixed it with the beef bulgogi stew and was perfect. Overall everything tasted great and flavorful. I also love the glass noodle/ vermicelli they use here because it soaks in all the flavors and keeps its chewy texture. The server Kevin was very helpful. The parking lot was kind of small but it's next to a supermarket so there's more parking on that side.

Went on a lunch date with my cousin. Thanksgiving left overs weren’t enough for us lol!

Parking: They’re located in the corner of a plaza. Free parking lot. We couldn’t find a spot within their area, so we parked near the grocery store.

Ambiance/Environment: They have a very casual, warm, & welcoming environment. They also have a small space. There’s a decent amount of seating.

Service: Once you walk in, you’ll be greeted and asked whether you’d like to dine in, take out or pick up. We decided to dine in. Shout out to Jesse & James! They were very knowledgeable about the menu, courteous, and attentive! We ordered via the tablet and paid at the register in the end.

What we ordered:

1) Combo B - We decided to share the Yupdduk (jjajang spice level). This came with boiled eggs and veggie fries and sweated rice balls on the side. The veggie fries had the perfect crisp, the rice balls tasted as expected, and the boiled eggs were cooked well. The sauce was absolutely flavorful! The rice cakes were very fulfilling! Make sure to immediately mix the cheese!

2) Boneless Chicken Feet (appetizer) - We were told this was one of their popular appetizer. We ordered this mild. Their special sauce was also flavorful! The chicken feet were cooked well. Although I’m not sure what makes this boneless bc I bit into small pieces of bone .. lol.

3) Spam Mayo Rice Bowl (appetizer) - Another popular appetizer recommended to us. We really enjoyed this! Can’t go wrong with a classic dish!

4) Fish Cake Soup - My cousin wanted something soupy. The soup wasn’t too salty. It came with a generous amount of fish cakes. Perfect for the cold weather.

5) Salted Caramel Milk Tea w/ boba (100% sweet) & Mango Green Tea w/ Lychee jelly (0% sweet) - I really enjoyed my drink! The boba was okay .. some pieces were chewy and some were hard. We were told the Mango Green Tea already has syrup, so she didn’t want anymore sugar. It was still a bit sweeter than she’d like, but she did enjoy the lychee jelly!

Pricing: The prices are fair $$, especially for the amount that you get. Everything was so flavorful, rich, and fulfilling.

Got an order to go, the normal tteokbokki, rice balls and the boneless chicken feet. Wish I took a picture but the portion was tiny. It was $80 and we got enough tteokbokki to serve 2 people.

We got the rice balls in the little container, but the other half was the “boneless chicken feet”. There was still bone it and the portion was insanely tiny, it was $30 and I think we got 2-3 chicken feet.

Overall would never do take out here again.

Food was okay.

It's been a while since I tried Korean food which is not Korean barbecue. It's very good service and the food comes out very fast. We ordered a couple of items, and liked the rice ball and "Yup Oh". Pork chops are definitely I recommend because they are juicy and tender. However, boneless chicken feet are a little bit disappointing for a small portion of amount, too much rice ball inside and a little bit more spicy than usual. (Ordered extra mild) The blood sausage is okay. Overall, I may come back for other items if possible with friends. In addition, I recommend it to people who want traditional Korean food and gathering with friends here.
