“Fuentes is out of place in diamond springs. The food is outstanding, the wine and beer selection is great, cocktails are the rice wine liquor. Very good cocktails, but be aware it's not real spirits. The decor is nice but still under construction in some areas, can't wait to sit at a finished booth! Dinner is ala carte so you order a salad, steak, side all separately, common in fine dining, but not in this area. The owners are very nice, but the guy can talk your ear off ?. I highly recommend it, but be ready to pay for what you get.“
