We were hoping to try the Coastal Kitchen Dillon's Beach before leaving our glamping trip, Oct. '25, at Lawson's Landing. It was surprisingly Sooooo GOOD! The place is tucked away and only open 4 days a week. Ray had the Best Burger & Fries. I had the Fish Tacos! Outstanding. The clam chowder was so good, we picked up 2 orders to go. Service was excellent, setting Five Stars, cafe was clean! We will definitely make it a top priority when we return next year.
P.S.Congratulations Coastal Kitchen on making the Saturday CBS Nightly News tonight, where a Marin County Hamburger Club voted you one of the Best Burger & Fries! Well deserved!- Nov 8, '25 Request? Offer more days of being open please???
Told them my wife’s allergen (anaphylaxis) when we ordered food, was told it wasn’t in the food. The food came, I double checked, and it turned out it was in both of the items she ordered. Took them 20 mins to send out the corrected order. They did say they’d refund the item but it doesn’t really make up for almost killing my wife.

I loved the fried chicken sandwich it was a perfect mix of sweet and savory it had a realy unique flavor and crunch 😋 I highly recommend it and the mango cider goes great with it the service was realy friendly I do wish they took orders from the tables only because I like to pay if I invite people and i had company that paid before I noticed oops

The food here was delicious; I really have no complaints taste-wise! The only issue was the price. Everything seemed a little too expensive for what we got. Everybody at the table enjoyed their dish, though. Other than pricing, the restaurant had a great beach atmosphere and amazing service. Just know that their menu is seasonal, so you may not be able to get everything seen here. I recommend Costal Kitchen if you're staying at the nearby resort!

I suppose the weather has a big influence on the taste of the food. I was fortunate to come on a beautiful sunny day with a light wind. We sat outside at the tables and the sandwich that I had was amazing! Yes, I was hungry and hadn't eaten anything, but I challenge someone to find a more idyllic location to have a lunch when the weather is good here. Bonus points for being able to walk into the market and get some chips or soda to go with everything.
Best clam chowder I’ve ever had. Not that thick and chunky stuff, but thinned with white wine (I think), cream, clams in the shell, small bits of quality bacon, fresh cod, potatoes, fresh chives - so good!! We happened to catch some really good live music on the patio overlooking the beach. Great view and really cute interior design. Def recommend!

CLOSED at 7 PM on SATURDAY night!! In August not less. Are you kidding? So we went down to Marshall and had a perfect dinner watching the sunset. Yes the food was great but what a terrible customer experience to walk up for dinner at 7 on Sat and be told they’re not serving food anymore. Especially when this is the only restaurant in town. Super disappointing
