This is by far one of the worst BK’s in the Central Valley. It’s a joke, they can’t even handle a simple collab because they take an hour to get out a simple kids meal. I went today and they were already sold out of their Spongbob collab which I DID NOT order, I got a regular order and they still took over 40 minutes to get out a simple cheeseburger. The ENTIRE staff needs to be trained. Not to mention the staff was calling up their friends and family to come buy yet telling other customers it was completely out.

Burger King food is straight poison. Why does my stomach hurt after eating their food?
In Orange Cove you could be the only person in the Drive-Thru and you wait 20 to 40 minutes and right here it only took a few seconds great job

Absolutely terrible lady took forever then once we got are food we were missing a chicken sandwich the only one we ordered then I ask for one and takes another 15 minutes and when we checked the cheese burgers they forgot the cheese terrible customer service not burger king more like burger pesent

Every single time i order from BK the girl who takes our order always sounds so Snotty and rude. Today i redemed some points and when we went to pick up we told them to make sure they only had cheese and ketchup. Well we went to pick up and they made them with mustard. And they literally gave us like 5 fries on our value fries. When we went back thru drive thru the person on the intercom seemed like he didnt want to exchange our burgers they had messed up. Smh what a service, and this isnt the first time. If they do not like their job why work for a fast food place. Worst costumer service ever.

The place is not open at 6 am. I called multiple times throughout the week and no one answers the phone. I have been wanting breakfast and the restaurant is not open at 6 am. Everything is closed even the drive thru

If ur gonna be working at a fast food place then get the orders right if u can't get them correct then don't work here.my cousin asked for plain burger but they put stuff in it that he didn't want.plus the girl couldn't hear us well and I think she needs hearing aids !

Horrible experience and it's all the lead workers fault. Having to sit in the lobby for 20mins for an order to be "placed on the counter when ready to be picked up" like the app instructed me to do... I saw an over 4 person staff that did not talk to eachother a manager not solving issues with said employees ... Workers making extra burgers then walking on to her break and those burgers were never served. I watched and waited. At least 7 drive thru orders came and went with the "manager" doing most of the work. You could just tell her employees didn't enjoy working with her.While I was waiting one employee did give her a heads up about me being in the waiting room. She said "I know" and continued filling other orders .I WAS NEVER GREETED APON ENTERING. I SAT IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY AND WAITED FOR MY TOGO APP ORDER TO BE ON THE COUNTER. BEING ABLE TO SEE EVERYTHING SHE WAS DOING I NOTICED MY TAB BEING PUSHED BACK . UNTIL FINALLY WHEN I DID SHE HER STARTING MY ORDER I STOOD UP AND WALKED TO THE COUNTER AS IT WAS BEING BAGGED. THEN WAS WHEN I GOT AN ACTUAL "GREETING" . I WAS TOLD THAT "NEXT TIME I NEED TO LET THEM KNOW TP START MAKING IT," AND "THATS HOW THEY DO IT BECAUSE PEOPLE STEAL ORDERS " (like how is that my problem) and how could I even know that?THIS "MANAGER" NEVER APOLOGIZED , SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. BUT I WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE LOBBY THE WHOLE TIME. DID SHE JUST ASSUME I WAS THERE TO STEAL FOOD ?! DID SHE ASSUME I WAS A DOOR DASHER ? DID THE APP TELL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS THAT AREN'T CORRECT?I DONT KNOW ? BUT I DO KNOW SHE IS NOT FIT TO WORK THERE IF ANYWHERE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!AND I KNOW ILL TRY MY BEST TO NEVER COME IN OR USE THE APP FOR THIS DINUBA LOCATION.THIS WAS ON APRIL 17TH Dinner

Staff is rude and sloppy ,when you ask for no salt they pack it with even more salt like they do it on purpose just to get a laugh. Emo Manager is always taking sister to mooch. She’s there every day eating. Just trying to get a free meal . restrooms are always dirty smell like pee they have enough staff there to clean but nobody ever cleans those restrooms All the time staff is lazy.
