When I order online it takes me about 5 to 7 minutes to get to the location. Buy the time I leave and get the store it's been at least 10 minutes. My food has never been ready when I get there. On more then one occasion there will be people in the drive through that get their food before me. I can see my order on their digital board and see the time they received it. The minute I ordered it its the same as being in line.

I stopped coming because there was ALWAYS something wrong with my orders. 1 year later today, just wanted to try again. Ordered a big Carl with Angus whatever burger, with the 3 patties. Came home and they charged me for that big one, got a regular Big Carl, NOT EVEN A BIG BARL THAT BUN WASN’T EVEN THE CORRECT ONE AND THERE WERE BLACK SPOTS, didn’t even want to eat it. Called them and a guy answered, can’t even hear what he’s saying LIKE SPEAK UP. He just told me to come back and talk to the manager. I asked for his name AND COULN’T EVEN HEAR HIM BECAUSE HE DOESN’T SPEAK LOUDER LIKE. The worst burger restaurant here in Dinuba.

I only at here twice. First time it was excellent. The 2nd time really disappointed me. $13.55 and I got an old wrong burger. The bread was hard too. Fries were hot. It was about 2:45am so how do you mess that up? I was the only car in drive thru.
Update: Link just sends you to an automated service. They only reply, so their rating won't look so bad.

Server was rude and had to explain I wanted a kids meal not a burger by itself 3 times, the soda I got had no ice was flat and watered down, shorted us on fries and they tasted old. It’s usually good food the people working may 11th at 10pm were horrible
For how expensive the food is you’d expect it to at least be decent. The famous star is always cold and has no flavor. The lettuce in the spicy chicken sandwich is old and you can tell it’s been sitting there. The food has really gone down hill will not be going back.
