so I’ve been to Dinuba Carl’s Jr and their service has always been terrible especially customer service rude act like we are bothering them but TODAY WAS DIFFERENT NOEL TOOK MY ORDER and he was pleasant actually made me feel welcomed and food was perfect. I’ll be going back as long as this is the future service at Carl’s

They need to get new people here. This is the second time with issues. The first time the employee was blaming me bc he gave me the wrong burger. The second time today December 15, 2025 @ 7:28 pm you guys can check the cameras I wait and waited for someone to take my order and they never did. I left. Very unsatisfied with their service. I don’t trust petty employees with food.

If you enjoy breakfast, their breakfast burger is definitely the way to go! I’ve been coming here about once a week for the past few months, and they’ve only made a mistake once—serving French toast sticks without the syrup. Other than that, everything has been great. The food is solid, the place is clean, and overall it’s a spot I really enjoy.
