When I order online it takes me about 5 to 7 minutes to get to the location. Buy the time I leave and get the store it's been at least 10 minutes. My food has never been ready when I get there. On more then one occasion there will be people in the drive through that get their food before me. I can see my order on their digital board and see the time they received it. The minute I ordered it its the same as being in line.

It was okay the lady with red hair and red eyelashes acted like she was working for a four-diamond restaurant. She'd rather spend time flirting with her overweight coworker than providing a decent experience. The chili burger I got only had one chili. Definitely not even close to what you saw in the menu picture. They didn't even ask me if I wanted the angus burger or regular. If anything I'd rather go to Wimpys. Better burger and customer service.

The lady that was working at the drive thru was very nice and so helpful she brought my food out to me because the lobby was closed and my vehicle was to big to go through the drive
