I love Dutch bros it’s literally my go to BUT for the first time i am disappointed. I used my points to get my free large drink and I was very unsatisfied with it I always get a golden eagle freeze which always comes out perfect this last time I got it hot and it was not good at all I was already home and was not about to go back at night to replace it. It tasted like milk with expresso and to top it off it was cold when I drank it and I know I didn’t wait long to drink it because my son and husbands got drinks were hot when we got home so mine should of been hot to. This is why I never switch up my drinks because I’m always disappointed in the outcome. Sad I waisted my points

I have a confession....I am a Dutchaholic! I love their drinks! The coffee never tastes burnt like the other place does! And the service! Every single kid that works there is an amazing young human! They are always friendly, ALWAYS! You never hear them complain about a complicated order! They work their tails off in all kinds of extreme weather and do it with a smile!

placed mobile order and went instantly. waited about 10 minutes just to get melted drinks again😍 always ask for them to remake it and i’m over it so we’ll just go to a different one now. this is the most inconsistent dutch ive ever been too

This place has gotten worse by the minute. For starters the employees are rude nothing like the other Dutch employees. The drinks are not like they used to be they are a hit and miss. Save your time and money to be honest.
You need to build in reedley. Favorite coffee franchise in all of California, and every location hits it out of the park. Coffee here is better than Starbucks by a mile!
