I was leaving the drive-through when a car came out of nowhere and I had to hard stop and all of my daughter’s Curly fries fell. I went in there asking if they can replace them and I explain what happened and they gave me a brand new fry with no problem. 😌 that’s awesome so thank you!

This place always packed but somehow they're able to get food out fast and correctly, the staff is very nice and friendly and overall the restaurant is very clean

Ordered the munchie meal and my fires were all dry and stale burger was cold as well and my drink had no ice in it
Very well run, was clean and good arrived quickly. Bathrooms are annoying as they have a cypher lock that only employees can type in. After ordering our food she let my wife and I in to use since we stopped on a road trip. Otherwise good location and was clean.

Within walking distance to and from my parents home, it's a nice burger place. And it's the only one open 24hrs/7days a week(drive thru only) besides Carl Jr's.

Service was horrendous, lobby had 3 customers waiting to order, and cashier's and rest of the staff were too busy focusing on the drive thru. Why have an open lobby if all your going to do is ignore in store customer's. I know the GM of the restaurants push for the drive thru to serve first for monetary purposes. Also wifi is impossible to use, when trying to sign onto their wifi this big jack in the box pop up blocks 🚫 the check off consent to use box, so there's no way to use it.
