Food and atmosphere are really good no issues with them, however the customer service on nights is the worse. Employees never have a smile on their face, act like they don’t want to be there, don’t say anything back when you ask for things, feel like a brick wall is giving me my food.

My family and I wanted to avoid a grocery store trip in favor of a quick, guilty pleasure meal. We ordered through the app, knowing full well, it’s Friday night and it’s going to be busy. It was slammed. I felt bad for these people. But they were really rocking it. The manager, I am assuming, was calling things out and getting stuff together like she was running a 5 star restaurant. They got me my order and had been apologizing the entire time for the wait. But as someone who has worked in the service industry, waiting patiently is the least I can do for people handling the dinner making for my household. They ended up forgetting something even I had forgotten about, but were quick to replace the missing items and try to offer compensation. I politely declined because there was just no need. They were all doing their best under some of the hardest conditions. I 100% recommend this place for your fast food needs. I live in Kingsburg and the travel to Dinuba is worth it.

Ana Cruz is not a very good manager, ordered on the app for a “ahead order and arrived with the wrong order ready, I had gotten the wrong order and the milkshake should be called a “ice cream in a cup” had high expectations but met low expectations, wasted 10 mins waiting for my RIGHT order that should’ve been ready when I got there , hope you guys can make it up.

I would like to give a shout out to the night crew that served my food tonight I didn't get my chicken sandwich and by the time I got home and realized it food was getting cold I called the store explain what happened and not only did they get my chicken sandwich but remade my whole dinner thank you to Ashley Fabian Antonio and angel
