On Sept. 23 at 1:30 i ordered the special with 6 pieces of chicken, 4 sides and 4 biscuits. The chicken was over cooked and we wasted most of it because it was so dry. The biscuits were so hard it took a serrated knife to slice one. It seemed that they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. They bounced when you dropped them and crumbled when you tried to break them open. I took the biscuits back today and related my issues. The lady was very nice but said there was nothing she could do about it since I did not call. I do not live in Dinuba so was not able to return the food yesterday. The atmosphere is very good but I was very disappointed in the food. I probably will not go back.

I’m reporting because my brother and I had a issue with our order and they told us that if we come they can remake the order so as soon as we arrived they told me that they couldn’t remake the order even tho they said on the phone the could and also made me drive far for no reason. Horrible service and the managers should know better.

This place was hectic, had to wait for chicken, and the pieces were so small now, the original skin was trash, and it was just a bad experience overall, and the fried apple pies were better than the baked ones

Check your chicken buckets. This location rips you off with the pieces that are supposed to come with your order. They rip you off with the sides not being properly filled as well. Avoid this location if you can.

The chicken is always good. The pot pies, chicken tenders and mashed potatoes and gravy are great items to order. Staff is friendly. Lots of room to sit and eat.

The food is garbage! 12 dollars for some old nasty chicken strips. I remember when they use to be crispy and 7 dollars for the combo. The quality of the food has really gone down, but the price has gone up.
