I would like to report the poor service I experienced at this McDonald's location. The staff provided subpar attention, and the manager was particularly rude and abusive in her behavior. Additionally, the promotions advertised are not honored at this location. Instead, customers are sent to other stores to redeem them, and I was even reprimanded for redeeming multiple promotions. This is unacceptable, as it discourages people from participating in the rewards or promotions offered. Please address these issues to improve customer satisfaction.
The manager here is lazy! Never get my ketchup when I order online and when you order table service they call it out for you to pick it up instead of bringing it to your table as requested.

Ordered a mcchicken and a large fry. Couldn’t get my large fry even though I provided receipt and email. Why ask me for the proof if your not going to give me what I paid for. Either way terrible service
