I ordered earlier today at 11:30 in drive thru and when I was asked what I wanted I said plate and she just stayed silent and said hello but usually they ask what entree or side she just sounded upset don’t know the name but hopefully they can be better

Server misunderstood what i wanted as a side plate I try getting her attention but ignores me.

I got orange chicken and chow mein. It was so good, I'm going for more orange chicken tomorrow! Very satisfied

Drive thru girl was rude for no apparent reason. Ordered the teriyaki chicken and they didn't even add any sauce like I asked them too.

This place is a joke for customer service, seriously the worst. Christian and Brisa were super unprofessional and extremely unhelpful.

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit tonight. I arrived at 9:13 PM — well before closing time (10:30 PM) — and the drive-thru was still open with a full dining area and cars in line. I patiently waited over 15 minutes for the honey walnut shrimp, only to find out after waiting that there was no white rice left. No one informed me while I was waiting, and I was never even told when my shrimp was ready.

This kind of poor communication is unacceptable. If a key item like white rice is unavailable, it should be made clear before customers wait around. The staff needs to be more attentive and transparent — especially when people are taking time out of their evening and giving them business.

i’m an electrician and i’m doing work here in dinuba. as electrician i risk my life every day. for my lunch i wanted to enjoy some broccoli beef and chicken breast string beans. I’m on a time crunch when it comes to my lunch break so i have to rush back to my job site and when i check my plate…there’s no beef OR chicken. ruined my day. ruined my week actually so thanks.

I'm going to take some heat for this but in my opinion this is the best chinese food in dinuba. It use to be the united market deli but that's long gone. I can't stand dragon garden and I haven't been to dinuba restaurant because of some of the stories I've heard.

This locations food is safe to eat to those weary and concerned about Bacteria . This locations supports the community with kid meal vouchers for the schools (Good attendance reward voucher). The food is fresh and made ongoing. You will be satisfied with the flavor and crunch.
