Reading all these reviews and seeing that they all experience the same thing I did is insane that it has not been fixed!

I went to Sonic and waited for someone to take my order it took about 5mins until someone Took the order. I placed the order and then it went silent after for about another five minutes. I asked if I should drive up to the window and I did not hear anything for another five minutes and so decided to say that I canceled my order and drove away as it took way too long. I called corporate to let them know the issue, and they had the manager call me and the manager was trying to justify what happened. Saying that I drove off while the employee was making it however, the employee could’ve told me to drive to the window instead of saying nothing there was absolutely no communication or anything. These reviews , tell me this is a reoccurring issue and nothing has been done. I do love sonic my daughter loves sonic however we will not be returning to this particular location, which is sad because it is our home location.

It's in a shopet aera so coming is not bad sometimes leaving is,be prepared to wait- the people are super nice but it takes time to get ur food in drive thru- not sure about parking on the one side never used that service- the food is fresh+ good and they are nice when you ask for extra condiments!

This Dinuba location has got to be the worst Sonic I have ever been to. The building needs a lot of repair and the customer service is horrific. I sat in the drive through for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order; they never did and I had to drive off. This isnt the first time this has happened similarly. I dont know if it's a lack of adequate staffing or what the situation is. I just know that I consistently get this type of service from this location. Certainly you can at least recognize the customer, correct? Something apologetic like, "We are so sorry for the wait. We will be with you in a moment."

Sonic was by far the greatest food and restaurant I have ate at, they didn’t have indoor seating but still good it was a cool way to order dinuba makes good decisions adding a sonic.

Ordered two hot dogs. Paid. Asked for mustard. Was told they were out of mustard. Ordered tots. Got fries. That is forgivable. Expecting anyone to eat a hot dog without mustard is not.

I felt so stupid yesterday I went there around two-thirty in the afternoon and after waiting about 20 minutes I realized the store was shut down LOL I used to go there when it was open but about three times in a row I would be the only one in the Drive-Thru and I would have to leave cuz after an hour I would say ehh they're still defrosting the food kind of glad they went out of business

I just went to get a bag of ice, and it took almost 25 minutes to get two cars out of the drive thru and on top of that I saw the employee make my bag of ice before the car in front of me got their order made, when I got bag of ice it was 1/8 full of water on bottom of bag of ice from it melting. That's why it got the review it did.

Based on drive through experience. I really don’t want to speak death over this place but, every time I go, the workers always say there is no meat. So basically you cannot order anything on the menu. I am afraid it will shut down due to these shortages of food. It’s been a whole year since the reply is “there is no meat.” So I’ve given up on even stopping by to order food here. My family and friends, have stopped going as well. I’m sad to see this place go so low. It used to be my favorite! It was doing so well about 2 years ago. I hope this place can boost and restore their service. Prayers!
