Worst service and food i have ever had from Taco Bell. It was 11 o'clock on the dot, on my way home from Dinuba, I decided to get some Taco Bell for me and my family. Spent about $50 for cold food, missing items, not correct items & smashed food. Got charged for all the missing and extra we ordered and didn't receive. Was not going to waste gas going from Reedley back to Dinuba to complain and get bad food again since they close at 12, and they already didn't care to get my food right. It's not that hard to read and do the service correctly. Waste of $50.

Waited for about 15 minutes for my name to be called, when I asked the cashier ( no badge ), she just pointed to me that the food was on top of the counter for a while. Staff did not show any sign/s of shame that we waited for while. She even blamed back staff for not calling my name that food is ready.

10/10 customer service, I loved my experience here thanks to a worker named Issac at the drive through window. He is very polite and easy to communicate with and was able to help me out with my order. Great food portion size and I come here all the time and never have I had a bad experience here with my orders

It is sad that Dinuba's Taco Bell has issues with a sewer line. I finally had to ask what that dreadful smell was as I pulled up to the drive thru window. The cashier shared that it was their sewer. Not a thing a customer wants to smell when picking up their food. I hope they resolve this issue soon.

In addition, I ordered Cantina Bowls and the amount of food is ridiculous! They give you a nice plastic container with a thin layer of food. NOT OK!

Every time we order food from this taco bell they mess it up. There's no Sour cream or onions on our chalupas even though we were reassured that there would be. We checked our order before driving away. And told them they needed to put Sour cream and onions. They took the chalupas, and put Sour cream, but still no onion. So I took the chalupas into the store and asked for a cup of onions so I could physically put the onions on the chalupas since they seem incapable. This is not a unique experience, almost every single time we go here the toppings we request and pay extra for are missing.
The cantina chicken crispy tacos barely have any meat, and thats the only topping. So my tacos were basically an empty shell with like 3 bites of chicken.
Aside from that their drive through always smells like rotting grease trap. They gave us a bunch of apology coupons but at this point I don't think we will be using them since they can't ever get an order right. So so bad.
