What is the point of ordering early on the app, waiting 20 minutes for it to say my order is ready just for it to be not ready and no one has even begun preparing it or anything until my husband says something..There were no guests there at all!! No one there just us, itâs not like they were busy with the drive through either maybe one car showed up after us in the drive through. So we had to wait for it to be made they didnât offer a drink for the wait or anything and it was the woman manager in burgundy that my husband talked to. Her excuse was âwe didnât see it show upâ. So either theyâre running their mouths talking they donât notice orders not doing there work like they should or she needs to be demoted from manger since she isnât managing right.
