The food has been consistently good, but better when the owner is the cook/chef. I stopped coming in for a while because the heater has been broken since September 2023 and it is freezing sitting in there trying to eat even with a puff coat on. The salmon is the best item I tasted here. Moist and flavorful. But the portion was maybe 8oz for $21, so I felt cheated overall. The rice was hard and tasted undercooked. Hummus was great. You don’t get enough pita bread to finish the dish. Additionally, a fly landed on my plate, so l didn’t finish the hummus anyways. The salad was by far the worst item on the plate. I had the Grilled Salmon Pita Wrap. It was so well cooked I will be back. It comes with fries or a salad. I opted for the salad which had the most flavorful salad dressing. I was greeted right when I came in. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing.
