The place is clean but managed poorly. When I asked for additional utensils, no staff wanted to help. A staff responsible for the pick up orders said that the other lady can help me. However, she saw me but did not step up to help either.For reference. Service time: 3:20 PM on 09/04/23.
? Drink machine is disgusting. See photos. Bathroom floors are filthy. You can see the color difference in my video. The coffee is worth the visit but nobody will acknowledge you as you walk in. No greeting. They expect you to use the kiosks for ordering while they attend to the drive through customers. Solid McDelivery! Food arrived hot and fresh, fries were crispy, and the ice cream machine (praise be!) wasn't broken. Drive-thru line looked crazy, so takeout was the way to go. Only knock is missing ketchup packets - rookie mistake, Mickey D's!
