I go to this McDonald's for my grandkids all the time and 3x they have gotten the kids meals wrong. I order 6 piece chicken nuggets, I get 4 pieces and charged for 6. I called the restaurant to complain and can't get through ever. I called customer service # and never got a call back. I also got the big Mac deal one time and they charged me individually for each item.

Solid McDelivery! Food arrived hot and fresh, fries were crispy, and the ice cream machine (praise be!) wasn't broken. Drive-thru line looked crazy, so takeout was the way to go. Only knock is missing ketchup packets - rookie mistake, Mickey D's!
i walked in and i was ignored by two employees (one of them actually looked at me turned around, made a call on his cell phone in the kitchen totally unacceptable, unprofessional and disrespectful, after 5 minutes without any acknowledgement of me standing in front of the cash register. I just decided to walk out and I will not be returning to this location. i was forced to give 1 star

No one knows how to work or have proper service. No one pays attention to what you order so they pass out the wrong orders. When I told them Clara day, what I wanted for the buy, one get one for a dollar they decided to overcharge me but not give me my items. The food was bad and not worth the time or money. Management needs to be better and the whole entire crew needs to do better. If you are miserable at your job, do not work somewhere you do not want to be.
