My sister in law and I stumbled upon this place beers are so good and its kid friendly, has a fire pit and a little stream of water for the kids to play in on a hot day. I love it! It's great definitely recommend this place.
Excellent customer service and ambiance.
This was one of the most unique and interesting places I have ever been to. What a cool concept and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend for you to check it out.
Well ok, loved it is a vast stretch for us Midwest guys coming from this barnyard surrounding us since childhood! But in California? This has to be one wild zoo for families and the straw styles needing somewhere to trot their cowboy boots. The beers hit well. Looks like plenty of room for all sorts, unusual smells, a lot of dogs along for the fire and friends too. Of course if you have any pollen, pet, or similar allergies, this is not the place for you!
Love the line dancing night (1st Thursdays). The beer and other beverages are decent. The variety and size of seating areas is outstanding. Very easy on/off I-80.
Sadly, I was there for a surprise BD party. I have limited mobility. They pride themselves with ADA facilities but lack info and signage as were the parking is. I missed the party and wasted two hours on the road.
Awesome place to have a drink and be with the ppl you love
There is space for children to explore and play, plenty of farm animals to see. Sometimes they have live music. There is a hot dog truck that sells coffee also. Had a great time at a birthday.
Family friendly outdoor brewery and venue space with a stationary food court, fire pits, locations, and areas. It was my first time here and I’ve heard about this place, located off the freeway within the roads of Dixon is this farm, there’s plenty of parking, tight within trees, with chickens, ducks, and dogs invited. We were attending a birthday which they reserved about a week before and no charge to reservations. There were tons of parties and gatherings. We had an upstairs area. You’re allowed to bring in your own food and tables but there’s also a stationary food truck— The Hot Dogger from
Davis and there was a pizza pop up present too, they all had a variety of items.
There is 1 bar and they have their own drafts— wine, stouts, IPAs, kombucha, etc. I got their Ocre kombucha (cinnamon, turmeric, orange) and it can be mixed with a beer to get a cider. They ran out of hot chocolate, which was nice for the cold weather. They had a fridge of non alcoholic sparkling waters and some of their beers for purchase. They also had $3 ice cream soft serve but it was too runny today. Multiple gender neutral restroom stalls and hot water to wash your hands. They have sole reserved bonfire areas and a main big one, shoutout to the worker for maintaining the fires. When it dos get cold out, the fires are warm but be prepared to smell like bbq smoke.
Was a cool first visit, I would like to see it sometime during the day time and during a warmer season. The staff were super friendly and helpful too!
You should franchise this place. There should be more of these. Amazing space from the tree lined parking lots to the giant fire pit to the live music stage and food trucks! Relaxed atmosphere and is suitable for all ages!

Food truck was yummy! Beers are great ! Very unique and cool place to chill!
Ruhstaller Farm is such a wonderful place to take photos, friends, and children. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful and the way the air moves through the barn, it is just so refreshing! Tons of seating and hangout spots to fulfill all kinds of outdoor desires. There's a jungle gym, pathways through the orchards to a variety of seating, sand pits with bull dozers and dump trucks, a large fire pit in the center of it all beside a pond for the ducks, indoor seating as well as a observation deck. If you've got any bit of curiosity, it is certainly worth the visit.
Ruhstaller, you're a big little gem! Here are some adjectives for you: rustic, warm, friendly, dope! One more for good measure; inimitable ? Coming back as soon as I can get a gang together to chill ?
Ps. Love the farm animals????
