Wonderful place ❤️. I've been going there for almost 20 years and the staff is always friendly and it's in a nice Downtown Downey location. I actually prefer over Starbucks.
First time here & it was amazingThe service was great the person taking our order let us know what was in each sandwich & made sure we were ok with everything inside itI will be visiting again!

Great little spot. Service was great ( they were very accommodating for my wife's allergies letting us look at the labels of done ingredients). Coffee was good, oatmeal was good and gluten/dairy free!
